| Today,the rapid development of information technology is deeply integrated with education,and the reform and innovation of education models have become the key to improving the learning efficiency of secondary vocational students.Traditional teaching has a dilemma in meeting the individualized learning needs of students.In order to explore whether students’ individual learning needs are met,this research constructs an “online dynamic” hierarchical teaching model,and integrates information technology with courses.The entire hierarchical teaching model is based on cloud classes,and Applied to the "Computer Application Fundamentals" in secondary vocational schools for experimental research to verify whether the model can meet the individual learning needs of students.First of all,using the literature analysis method,based on the synthesis of previous theories and the hierarchical teaching model,the "online dynamic" hierarchical teaching model is constructed."Online" means that the hierarchical teaching of this model is mainly placed after class.In class,the traditional teacher’s demonstration of students’ follow-up is still used in class.After class online hierarchical teaching is carried out based on the cloud class platform.Before class,teachers push the hierarchical teaching goals to the cloud class platform,and students of different levels can be targeted after watching the class with goals.After class,teachers will issue hierarchical tasks,push teaching resources hierarchically,answer questions hierarchically,and evaluate hierarchically.“Dynamic”means that the layered teaching model is not constant for students’ stratification.The model is divided into two stages.At the end of each stage,the teacher will assess the students according to the evaluation results of the previous stage.Re-stratification will allow students to re-position themselves to realize their own "nearest development zone".Secondly,the constructed "online dynamic" hierarchical teaching model is applied to the experimental class and the control class of a secondary vocational school for research.The experimental class adopts this teaching model while the control class adopts the traditional teaching model.In order to troubleshoot experimental interference,both classes use traditional teaching models in class,but the difference lies in whether they use a layered teaching model after class.Finally,through the questionnaire survey to collect data and sort out and analyze,it is verified that the "online dynamic" dynamic hierarchical teaching model can improve students’ performance,learning interest,enthusiasm and autonomous learning ability,and proves that the hierarchical teaching model can meet the individual learning needs of students. |
