| With the constant development of China’s educational informatization,people have gradually realized the pivotal role that rural educational informatization plays.Some researches show that boosting the educational informatization of rural areas is the emphasis and also the difficulty for national educational informatization.As specified in the “China’s Education Modernization 2035”,we shall realize the development objective of the “13th Five-year Planning” in all aspects in 2020 and the education modernization generally in 2035.As this year marks the final year of the “13th Five-year Planning” for educational informatization,this dissertation summarized the main tasks proposed in this period and on the basis of the above,brought forth the evaluation indicator system of educational informatization of rural middle and primary schools by means of Delphi method combine the features of the informatization education of rural middle and primary schools and developed the corresponding survey and research.According to the research results,the objective proposed in the “13th Five-year Planning” has been basically finished in terms of the construction of rural educational informatization but the informatization still has a certain gap from the objective.Problems are found in the following four aspects: imbalanced construction level of infrastructure for informatization education,low application level of “three links and two platforms”,low coverage of excellent digital resources and low management level of educational informatization.To address the existed problems,development countermeasures have been proposed in four aspects including the coordination of infrastructure construction,enhancement of informatization,application and production of excellent resources and enhancement of informatization management level.The research focuses on the problems for boosting the educational informatization of rural middle and primary schools.The development countermeasures are also proposed against these problems,which is of great practical significance to better implement the national policies and guidelines regarding educational informatization and accelerate the development of educational informatization in rural middle and primary schools. |
