Subjective happiness is a subjective evaluation of the quality of life experienced by individuals according to a certain standard of self-perception.For junior high school students,it reflects the individual feelings of junior high school students in the school and family environment,and is also one of the indicators of mental health level.Paying attention to the subjective well-being of junior high school students is of profound significance for improving the mental health education level of junior high school students at this stage.For junior high school students,if we prove that parents adopt a parenting style that is more conducive to the development of junior high school students,it will affect some positive psychological factors of junior high school students,such as enhancing the sense of emotional regulation self-efficacy to help students improve their subjective well-being and achieve a healthier development.The conclusion of this study will provide new ideas and theoretical support for education and parent-child education.By intervening junior high school students’ emotional regulation self-efficacy,individual students can adjust themselves more actively after group counseling.In terms of emotional regulation self-efficacy,there will also be empirical evidence to support that intervention can adjust this factor.This study to explore the middle way of this group of parents influence on subjective well-being and its internal mechanism and intervention of emotion regulation in junior high school students self-efficacy,using the ways of parents teaching questionnaire,emotional self-efficacy scale,subjective well-being scale,and in view of the emotion regulation self-efficacy group counseling curriculum research: research a selection from a junior high school in Gansu ang Qinghai province,829 people study;In study two,students in grade two of middle school were divided into two groups for intervention;In the third study,a qualitative study was conducted on family upbringing,happiness and self-efficacy in the form of interviews.The following conclusions are drawn:Conclusion 1: Parenting style,emotional regulation self-efficacy and subjective well-being are significantly correlated.Parents’ different parenting styles affect the emotional regulation self-efficacy and subjective well-being of junior high school students,and these three factors have mutual influence.Conclusion 2: Parenting styles affect the level of subjective well-being of junior high school students.The subjective well-being of junior high school students with positive parenting styles is higher than that of junior high school students with negative parenting styles.Different parenting styles have different influences on the subjective well-being of junior middle school students.Conclusion 3: Emotional regulation self-efficacy plays a mediating role in the relationship between parenting style and subjective well-being of junior high school students.Under the condition of parental parenting style,the level of emotion regulation self-efficacy has an important influence on the subjective well-being of junior middle school students.Conclusion 4: The emotion regulation self-efficacy can be effectively intervened through group counseling,and it can help junior high school students improve the emotion regulation self-efficacy through group counseling.The more emotion regulation strategies,the higher students’ ability to manage negative emotions,the higher their ability to express positive emotions,and the higher students’ self-efficacy of emotion regulation.Conclusion 5: Qualitative research shows that junior middle school students seek independence and gradually shift their focus from family to self-development and stable establishment of peer relations.The improvement of junior middle school students’ emotional regulation self-efficacy not only affects students’ subjective well-being and other mental health indicators.
