| With the development of society,more and more young people in rural areas have to go out of the countryside and choose to work in cities to make a living.In this context,the number of left behind children also increases.Because most of the children are engaged in the work of parents for a long time.However,for children,family education and kindergarten education are equally important.The lack of either side will make the education out of balance and bring adverse effects on children’s growth.Especially for left behind children,family education is more important.Many parents of left behind children are often unable to educate their children due to the lack of relevant knowledge and methods of family education.As an important part of kindergarten work,the kindergarten has the responsibility to provide family education guidance help to the parents of left behind children,improve the family education environment of left behind children,and enhance the education ability of the parents of left behind children.This study selects x kindergarten in Tianshui city of Gansu Province as a case Park,through the methods of interview,observation and text analysis,to investigate the content,form and effect of family education guidance for left behind children in kindergartens,and to analyze the current situation of family education guidance for left behind children in kindergartens.According to the research findings,the kindergarten to carry out family education guidance for left behind children’s content: pay attention to changing parents’ education concept,pay attention to the guidance of children’s physical and mental health development,guide parents to pay attention to children’s pre reading ability;in the guidance organization form: adhere to the traditional family education guidance mode,establish a network platform for family education guidance;in the guidance effect:guidance The concept is deeply rooted in the hearts of the people and guides the work on the right track.Through the case analysis of family education guidance for left behind children in X kindergarten,it is found that the kindergarten adheres to the guiding principles,integrates the guiding contents,enriches the guiding forms,defines the guiding objects,and pays attention to the guiding feedback,but there are some problems,such as the lack of systematic guiding contents,the limitation of guiding forms,the lack of professionalism of kindergarten teachers,and the lack of family education guiding objects initiative and so on.Based on this,this study puts forward four suggestions as follows: First,kindergartens need to systematically teach family education guidance;Secondly,innovate the form of family education guidance;Furthermore,we should strengthen the professional ability construction of instructors.Finally,improve the guidance effect of family education. |
