Family education is very important to lay a foundation for one's whole life.Due to the lack of parental roles,left-behind children have relatively poor family education,and the problems they encounter in their growth are more complicated and more difficult to deal with than ordinary children.Kindergartens provide important support and help for the education of left-behind children's families.Providing guidance and help to parents of left-behind children in family education is an important way to improve the growth status of left-behind children,improve the quality of kindergarten education and improve the management of kindergartens.Therefore,based on the local situation,with the help of some kindergarten teachers,the author conducted a series of research on the guiding activities of family education for the parents of left-behind children in the kindergarten.The purpose of this study,the first is to understand the current situation of family education guidance in this kindergarten,including the basic situation of kindergarten teachers and parents and the problems faced by family education guidance,so as to improve the pertinence of family education guidance.Second,formulate a specific action research program and implement the action.After each round of action,reflect on the effect and shortcomings of the activity in time to provide experience and put forward corresponding Suggestions for improving the family education guidance work of the kindergarten.This research mainly uses action research method and supplemented by the natural observation method,the interview method and the questionnaire survey method and so on to collect the related data,and then carries on the reorganization and the analysis to the data.The results of the preliminary survey show that there are several problems in the family education guidance of left-behind children in this kindergarten:Parents of left-behind children fail to realize the importance of family education?The kindergarten teacher lacks the ability to guide family education?The form of family education guidance in kindergartens is single and lacks personalized guidance?The guiding subject of family education in kindergartens is relatively single and mainly relies on kindergarten teachersIn view of the above problems,the author and the kindergarten teacher carried out family education guidance activities for parents of left-behind children through the following ways:Activity approach:invite experts for guidance;Recruit college volunteers;Set up a parent committee?Activity form: lectures;Training;Publicity leaflets;Family education seminar?Activity results: after several action studies in a semester,the parents and teachers of left-behind children in this kindergarten have achieved obvious growth.The parents realize the importance of family education and family education guidance,and begin to actively seek help from the kindergarten;Through learning and practice,kindergarten teachers have improved their ability of family education guidance and started to develop towards a more professional direction.However,due to various practical reasons,such as the lack of sufficient human,material and financial resources in the kindergarten,some activities can hardly be carried out;In the future,the kindergarten could choose the appropriate form of guidance according to the most concerned problems of parents,such as the cultivation of children's living habits.According to the results of the action study,the author puts forward suggestions from the following aspects: improving the status quo of kindergartens;Strengthening the social service functions of other social organizations;Improve the volunteer system.
