Study On The Current Situation And Policy Of Social Integration Of The New Generation Of Migrant Workers

After China’s reform and opening up,three "migrant workers tide" gave birth to the first and second generation of migrant workers.With the continuous development of our country,migrant workers also began to change.The migrant workers born in the 1980 s,that is,the new generation of migrant workers have become the main body of modern migrant workers.Compared with the first generation,the new generation of migrant workers have undergone great changes in their ideology,behavior style,living habits and so on,and the corresponding problems have gradually become prominent.It is of great significance to study the social integration of the new generation of urban migrant workers to promote urbanization.This paper combs the social integration of migrant workers in Shanghai,and aims at the new generation of migrant workers in Jinshan District of Shanghai,using the literature method,questionnaire method and statistical analysis method,under the guidance of social integration and population migration theory,to study the current situation,problems and improvement strategies of the new generation of migrant workers in Jinshan District,so as to realize the significance of enriching the theory of social integration of migrant workers and guiding the optimization of social integration of migrant workers in Jinshan District.It is found that the social integration of urban migrant workers has experienced the evolution trend from "individual" to "family ",from " flow " to "settlement ",from "second generation" to "third generation ".The social integration management of the new generation of migrant workers in Shanghai is a management practice based on the policies of social integration of migrant workers in Shanghai under the new trend of social integration of urban migrant workers.Through combing the social integration policy of migrant workers in Jinshan District of Shanghai,it is found that the whole policy can be divided into two aspects: social management and public service,subordinate information management,housing management,employment cultural integration The specific content of the face.Through the analysis of the social integration status of the new generation of migrant workers in Jinshan District,it is found that the overall integration degree is not high,and the influence of social integration policy on the social integration of migrant workers,such as participation in activities,nature of work,housing factors,participation in training,friends exchanges,children’s education,social security and other policy contents have a significant impact on the social integration of migrant workers.Based on the influence of relevant policies on the social integration of migrant workers,this paper analyzes the problems of the social integration policy of the new generation of migrant workers in Jinshan District,and finds that the social integration policy has not solved the difficult problem of the economic integration of migrant workers,has not comprehensively solved the difficult problem of the integration of the behavior of migrant workers,and has not solved the problem of the integration of migrant workers The difficult problem of integration,the lack of sense of belonging of migrant workers,the low degree of integration in the mind.The causes of the social integration policy of migrant workers in Jinshan District include internal exclusion of dual labor market,segregation of living space,lack of social capital and insufficient identity under discriminatory social system.Based on the current situation and problems of the social integration policy of the new generation of migrant workers in Jinshan District of Shanghai,and strengthening the social integration of the new generation of migrant workers,we should improve the social security system,including the improvement of the employment security system,the improvement of the housing and household registration management system,the improvement of the admission security system and the improvement of the social security security system.It is also necessary to strengthen the identity of the new generation of migrant workers,including improving the government management model,creating a good social atmosphere,and enhancing their own urban adaptability.
