Since the mid-80's of 20th century, along with the tide of market-oriented reform, many migrant workers seems to be emerging. Today, the number of migrant workers is still increasing, and the average age are becoming younger, especially the "80" after the new generation of migrant workers is becoming the mainstream groups of migrant workers groups. Compared to the first generation of migrant workers, the new generations of migrant workers have higher level of education, members of the public, and the tendency of city obviously, and also have higher life expectancy and more awareness of their rights. Also these characteristics, when the new generation of migrant workers face the same or similar situation with the first generation of migrant workers, many people will inevitably have a greater psychological discomfort, and then make a different behavioral responses. Therefore, these conditions may made the new generation of migrant workers tend to agree with the society "involution" construct, and impede their re-socialization and social integration process, so that it make them unwilling or unable to return to rural areas, and also difficult into the mainstream society.This study used survey methods, as the example with the new generation of peasant-workers, used the social identity theory, investigation and analysis the new generation of migrant workers from characteristics, identity, local identity, recognition and future development of city areas, and also investigate the social status and recognition factor from the perspective of the main body of the new generation of migrant workers. The study found that processing of the new generation of migrant workers with distinct groups of social memory and space exist interactive, the social identity of new generation of migrant workers is instability from the general trend, and tend to blur and the construction of involution. The reason of the main outcome is that the new generations of migrant workers constructivists with build their own inconsistencies and social. Therefore, this study required from their own quality, social and cultural three levels to explore the measures and recommends from social identity construction and social integration for the new generation of migrant workers.
