Construction Of Chinese Traditional Culture Expression System For Health Qigong

Health Qigong is the function of the General Administration of Sports through demonstration,adjustment and improvement of traditional Qigong,guiding people to scientifically pass on Chinese health culture and practice Chinese Health Qigong.Especially during the epidemic period,the eight sections of Health Qigong have become an important part of epidemic prevention and epidemic resistance,and the development of Health Qigong can be expected in the future.But there are still hidden dangers under the prosperity of Health Qigong,dross and superstition still have soil,essence and science still need to work hard.The standardization of Chinese traditional culture contained in Qigong is a positive method to take the essence and discard the dross and promote science and eliminate superstition.Therefore,with the study of the expression system of Health Qigong culture,the study attempts to sum up and sort out the Chinese traditional culture contained in Health Qigong from the spiritual,material and institutional levels.The specific research process: through the literature method and the expert interview method deeply excavates the fitness Qigong culture related content,constructs the Health Qigong Chinese traditional culture expression preliminary system,Using Delphi method to reveal the characteristics and laws of Chinese traditional culture expression,a relatively perfect system is obtained.Conclusion:(1)The traditional Chinese culture expression system of fitness Qigong is constructed by Delphi method.The index has three dimensions.Among them,the benchmark layer contains three items,namely,spiritual culture expression,institutional culture expression and spiritual culture expression.The factor layer contains 17 items,which are philosophical thinking,scientific theory,value appeal,belief emotion,aesthetic taste,organization setting,laws and regulations,project specification,inheritance form,technical function,function name,practice environment,fitness effect,inheritance media,music password,equipment and clothing accessories.There are 52 specific indicators in the index layer.(2)Through sorting out the literature and recording contents of expert interviews,three indexes of the benchmark layer can be obtained,which can be divided into three aspects: spiritual and cultural expression,institutional and cultural expression,material and cultural expression.The three are both interrelated and different.Material culture expression is the most visible and touchable expression in Health Qigong;institutional culture expression is the expression of people’s long-term normative system of mutual restriction in Health Qigong;spiritual culture expression is the expression of Health Qigong’s ideology in human material form.(3)At the level of spiritual and cultural expression of Qigong,philosophical thinking and scientific theory express the fitness Qigong culture,the value appeal culture mainly expresses the purpose and goal of practicing Qigong,the belief emotion expresses the high unity of cognitive emotion and will of Qigong practitioners,and the aesthetic taste expresses the attitude and view of "beauty and ugliness" of judging Qigong culture.(4)At the level of cultural expression of Health Qigong system,the establishment of institutions expresses the management culture of Health Qigong;laws and regulations express the culture of advocating law and respecting law;project norms express the culture of behavior norms formed by people in long-term practice of Health Qigong;and inheritance forms express the culture of talent selection system and technology inheritance system.(5)At the level of physical and cultural expression of Qigong,technical skills,nomenclature,music commands,equipment and clothing accessories express the intuitive culture of Qigong’s traditional culture,the direct understanding of the senses and the mind;the practice environment expresses the field culture of Qigong;the fitness effect is one of the important expressions of body culture;and the inheritance media expresses the diversity and innovation of Qigong communication culture.
