Research On Talent Training In Intellectual Property Disciplines At The Postgraduate Level In My Country

The content involved in the training of intellectual property personnel is complex and frequently updated.Higher education institutions in China have established intellectual property degree points to train intellectual property professionals through specialized intellectual property education of students.In view of the differences between disciplines and majors,the discipline of intellectual property is a rigorous expression of the intellectual property major at the graduate level.Following the training of intellectual property professionals at the undergraduate level,the training of intellectual property professionals at the graduate level is facing more complex issues.It is difficult to train intellectual property talents at the level of master's degree because of the diversification of intellectual property subjects and the diversification of undergraduate majors.The cultivation of intellectual property talents at the level of master's degree is not only difficult to reflect its high-level educational advantages,but also a misunderstanding of the cultivation of compound intellectual property talents.The personnel training of graduate level master of intellectual property discipline in universities presents the status quo of identical cultivation and differentiated cultivation.Although the two kinds of cultivation methods have their own advantages and disadvantages,under the influence of public policy,talent market and other factors,the cultivation of intellectual property personnel should develop in the direction of differentiated cultivation.In view of the increasingly obvious shortcomings of the identical cultivation of talents in intellectual property disciplines,the differential cultivation model has not yet formed.The differentiated cultivation of intellectual property talents at the master's degree level should be based on both classification concepts of differentiated cultivation types and intellectual property talents.The learning system is designed according to the "skill-talent" and "knowledge-capacity" classification methods.Teaching resources are set up through the cooperation of superior disciplines within the school,cross-academy teaching,internal intellectual property internship programs in universities,and alumni networks.Above,three stages of evaluation,training and feedback are formed.Universities should fully consider the external conditions and internal conditions when conducting the differential training of intellectual property talents at the master's degree level,integrate the characteristics of each student and the interdisciplinary characteristics of intellectual property,to develop a differentiated training model of intellectual property talents that can highlight the characteristics of intellectual property in universities.In this way,high-level intellectual property personnel who meet the future development expectations of graduate students and meet the needs of society are trained.
