| At present,China is in the critical period of economic structural transformation,in the process of transformation,we must have the support of academic talents and applied talents.At present,China’s higher education has entered the period of mass education,but the cultivation mode of talents is single academic talents,while the role of diversified education is ignored.In 2014,the relevant departments of the state proposed to adopt the method of pilot promotion and demonstration leading,select some ordinary undergraduate universities in China,develop into applied technology colleges and universities,and gradually transition to undergraduate vocational education,in order to provide applied talents support for the national social and economic development.However,due to the influence of many factors,some colleges and universities have deviations in the development orientation,which leads to the insignificant achievements in the cultivation of applied talents.At present,the application-oriented development of local universities is inseparable from theoretical guidance and domestic and foreign experience.In contrast,German University of Applied Sciences and American Community Colleges have undergone many years of application-oriented transformation and development,and have become a model for the construction of applied universities in the world,providing a wealth of experience for the application-oriented development of local universities in China.The applied development experience of Germany and the United States has shown that education should keep pace with the times and link professional curriculum settings with the regional economy to achieve mutual assistance and win-win results.Of course,applied universities should not only train simple operators,but also promote applied research and strengthen the transformation of scientific research.This research takes the application-oriented development of universities as the theme,with the ultimate goal of providing applied talents in the Tibet Autonomous Region and promoting the development of Tibet’s economic connotation.Based on the rich experience and relevant educational theories of foreign universities of applied technology.Through interviews with leaders of universities at all levels,the relevant issues of the application-oriented development of Tibetan universities were discussed in terms of school orientation,discipline construction,talent training,school-enterprise cooperation,school-enterprise cooperation,and school-enterprise cooperation.And through qualitative research methods,it analyzes the necessity and feasibility of application-oriented development of Tibetan universities,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions for the application-oriented development of Tibetan universities.This research is divided into five chapters: Chapter One is the introduction.It systematically explained the reasons,research background,research significance,research purpose,literature review,research content,research methods and technical routes of the application-oriented development of colleges and universities,and did a systematic knowledge classification and combing for this research,and initially formed the Tibetan area The research dimension of universities’ development towards application-oriented.Secondly,in order to further explore the policy support for the application-oriented development of Tibetan universities,Chapter 2 first discusses the policy background of the transformation and development of my country’s application-oriented universities,and then elaborates on the policy content of the transformation and development of my country’s application-oriented universities.The third chapter obtains the basic situation of the development of Tibetan universities through interviews and data collection with the leaders of universities at all levels,analyzes these interview materials,and summarizes the necessity and feasibility of the application-oriented development of Tibetan universities.The fourth chapter illustrates the successful experience of application-oriented development of universities at home and abroad through cases,and provides a reference for the application-oriented development of Tibetan universities.The fifth chapter mainly proposes the relevant strategies for the application-oriented development of Tibetan universities from the dimensions of school positioning,professional curriculum settings,talent training mode,teacher team construction and school-enterprise cooperation. |
