Research On Specialty Construction Of Application-oriented Talents Cultivation In The Transition Of Universities

With the economic and social development of our country and the transformation and upgrading of industries,the demand applied talents in the society have rapidly increased,and structural contradictions and homogenization tendencies of higher education have become increasingly prominent.The adaptability of talents' training structure and quality and socio-economic development needs to be improved.The transformation of applied universities has become an inevitable choice for local universities.The transformation and development of undergraduate universities are a huge systematic project involving many aspects of school running.Among them,the specialty and construction is an important carrier and handle for the connotation construction and feature development of universities.The foothold and basic platform for work is also the key to improving the quality of universities.Therefore,It is of great theoretical and practical significance to study the specialty construction of application-oriented talents cultivation in the transformation of undergraduate universities.This article uses a variety of research methods to define the relevant concepts of specialty construction and to elaborate the basics of specialty construction and the relationship between specialty construction and rationalization in the transformation and development of universities.On the basis of the specialty construction of universities undergraduate transformation and development in Yunnan Province as an example,the status quo of specialty construction in the transformation and development of undergraduate universities is analyzed comprehensively,and the achievements and experiences achieved are objectively summarized,and the existing problems are found.In-depth analysis of the reasons,and finally put forward their own thinking on how to carry out the specialty construction of application-oriented talents cultivation under the background of the undergraduate transformation and development.The paper is divided into four chapters.The first chapter introduces the reasons for the topic selection,research purpose and significance,research summary,researchideas and methods,and the theoretical basis of the study.The second chapter mainly defines the concepts related to the transition development and specialty construction of undergraduate universities,and elaborates on the problems that should be faced in the specialty construction in the transformation and development of undergraduate universities and the relationships that should be straightened out in the specialty construction.The third chapter takes the example of universities of undergraduate transformation and development in Yunnan Province as an example to introduce the status quo of specialty construction in undergraduate transformation and development.The fourth chapter thinks about the specialty construction in the background of the transformation and development of undergraduate universities,mainly from “ the positioning of specialty applied talents,the layout of applied curriculum system,the layout of practical teaching system,the construction of dual-qualified teachers,the construction of quality assurance and evaluation system,the application-oriented personnel training mode to explore",six aspects of the specific strategy of the specialty construction of application-oriented talents cultivation.
