Investigation And Research On Employment Quality Of Urban Sanitation Workers In Baoding City

With the continuous economic development,urban sanitation construction has attracted much attention,and it represents the image of a city.As an important member of the urban environmental sanitation construction,sanitation workers do their utmost to "protect" the corners of the city.They are practitioners of environmental sanitation construction,creating a sanitary environment and a civilized image of the city,and promoting society.An important labor force for harmonious development and maintaining a good image of the country.However,the status quo of their employment quality is not optimistic.As a low-income group,sanitation workers are on the fringe of urban life,and their living conditions are often ignored.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward the new goal of "realizing higher-quality employment and fuller employment",and strive to enable workers to achieve decent work and comprehensive development.As a disadvantaged group of laborers,sanitation workers affect the quality of employment in the entire labor market,just like poverty alleviation.General Secretary Xi Jinping said that poverty alleviation means that no one should be left behind to achieve true poverty alleviation.Therefore,to achieve higher-quality employment,it is also necessary to not fall behind.Improving the quality of employment of sanitation workers is crucial to achieving the goal of higher-quality employment for workers.On the basis of reviewing some documents related to the employment status of sanitation workers at home and abroad,this article uses the theory of need and human capital,and selects five indicators of “salary and welfare,working environment,working hours,social security and labor relations” to present the sanitation workers’ status.The status of employment quality,taking urban sanitation workers in Baoding City as the survey object,adopting the method of questionnaire survey to investigate the status of employment quality of urban sanitation workers in Baoding City.Obtaining first-hand data,and then using the fuzzy hierarchical comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate the sanitation workers it is found that the employment quality of environmental sanitation workers in Baoding City is low.Through the analysis of the survey results,the problems that need to be solved are found,and corresponding solutions are proposed.It is hoped that this research can increase the attention paid to the quality of employment of sanitation workers,thereby improving the quality of employment of sanitation workers.Improving the quality of employment of sanitation workers requires not only awareness and ideological recognition,but everyone uses practical actions to cooperate with sanitation workers to ensure that they are dignified and dignified in a just and fair environment.Serve the city and serve the society.
