| At the fifth plenary session of the 19,one thousand ways to stabilize and expand employment to adhere to the correct employment orientation,expand employment capacity,improve the quality of employment,promote full employment,safeguard laborer treatment and the rights and interests of rural migrant youth as the main force of migrant workers,has actively into the construction of urbanization,the quality of employment is an important factor affecting the healthy and urban and stable development.The author’s reasonable evaluation of the employment quality of rural migrant workers in Du Shan Town,Lu’ a City,Anhui Province,is helpful to grasp the status quo and shortage of the employment quality of this group,and then put forward some constructive suggestions for improving their employment quality.Based on this,the main research contents of this thesis are as follows:According to the theory of labor market segmentation and human capital theory,Using questionnaire interview and hierarchical analysis,Selected young rural migrant workers from Dushan Town,Lu’an City,Anhui Province as the research object,Investigate and study their employment quality,In-depth understanding of the employment quality status and problems of rural migrant workers,And try to put forward suggestions to improve the employment quality of rural migrant youth research found that: rural migrant youth employment generally have problems such as low wage income,high labor intensity,poor occupational stability and insufficient protection of labor rights and interests;Through the hierarchical analysis method,It is concluded that the supervision and implementation of vocational skill level employment channels and policies are the main reasons for the problems in the employment quality of rural migrant workers,at the same time,Employment environment the shortage of jobs and other factors also have a profound impact on the employment quality of rural migrant workers.To sum up,This study puts forward to promote the development of vocational skills training,protect the labor rights and interests of rural migrant workers,innovate the employment information sharing platform,optimize the labor employment market environment,increase the special skills training opportunities within enterprises,optimize the enterprise management system and other individual suggestions at the government level... |
