On the basis of literature review,interviews and expert consultations,this study selected 366 secondary vocational school students as samples from Xiamen Industrial and Commercial Tourism School,Jimei Industrial School,Xiamen Piano school,Xiamen Information School,Xiamen Tongan Technical School and other secondary vocational schools and compiled an initial questionnaire for them to test their covert truancy attitude.Through project analysis and exploratory factor analysis,a dimension is finally retained,and a preliminary questionnaire on covert truancy attitude of secondary vocational students with good reliability and validity is prepared.Through the covert truancy attitude questionnaire of secondary vocational students,combined with the positive psychological capital scale and the hidden truancy behavior scale,the study investigated the covert truancy attitude characteristics of 605 secondary vocational students were investigated,and analyzed the relationship among the secondary vocational student’s positive psychological capital,covert truancy attitude,and the recessive skipped classes.The results prove that:1.Through project analysis and exploratory factor analysis,the items of the covert truancy attitude questionnaire for secondary vocational students initially compiled by the author has a relatively high correlation,which reflects the covert truancy attitude of secondary vocational students from one dimension and has a good reliability.2.Secondary vocational student’s recreational tacit truancy,learning tacit truancy,boring tacit truancy average score of 2.77,2.73,2.60 in turn,the scores of the three types of hidden truancy range from 1.0 to 5.0,and the scores of all kinds of hidden truancy are close to the theoretical median value of 3.0,so the hidden truancy of secondary vocational students cannot be ignored.3.All kinds of hidden truancy behaviors of secondary vocational students have no significant differences by sex,liberal arts,and whether the only-child or not.In terms of recreational recessive truancy,the scores of secondary vocational school students in the second grade are significantly higher than those in the third grade,and the scores of secondary vocational school students from urban areas are significantly higher than those from rural areas.In the hidden truancy of learning,the score of class cadres is significantly higher than that of non-class cadres.The score of secondary vocational students whose father’s educational background is undergraduate is significantly higher than that of secondary vocational students,whose father’s educational background is junior high school or below,senior high school or technical secondary school.The score of secondary vocational students,whose mother’s education background is undergraduate,is significantly higher than that of secondary vocational students whose mother’s education background is junior high school or below.In the boring hidden truancy,the second grade students scored significantly higher than the third grade students.The scores of secondary vocational students whose father has a graduate degree are significantly higher than those of secondary vocational students whose father has a junior high school education or below,high school education or technical secondary school education,or undergraduate education.The scores of secondary vocational students whose mothers are postgraduates are significantly higher than those whose mothers are junior high school or below,senior high school or technical secondary school,junior college or undergraduate.4.Secondary vocational students’ positive psychological capital,covert truancy attitude and hidden truancy behavior are significantly correlated.Each dimension of positive psychological capital of secondary vocational students has a significant positive correlation with the learning implicit truancy behavior in the hidden truancy behavior;covert truancy attitude of secondary vocational students has a significant positive correlation with the learning implicit truancy behavior;each dimension of positive psychological capital of secondary vocational students has a significant positive correlation with the covert truancy attitude of secondary vocational students.5.Covert truancy attitude is the mediating variable of each dimension of positive psychological capital of secondary vocational students and learning implicit truancy.Through the in-depth research of secondary vocational school students’ hidden truancy behavior,this study found the real reasons hidden behind the phenomenon of students hidden truancy behavior,help students return to classrooms and teachers love teaching more by changing the covert truancy attitude of secondary vocational students,improving the positive psychological capital of secondary vocational students,and improving or adjusting the hidden truancy behavior of secondary vocational students,so as to realize the virtuous circle of teaching and learning in secondary vocational colleges.This is of great significance for secondary vocational students to become a pillar of society,improve teachers’ professional happiness,reduce or even avoid the waste of educational resources,let the whole society regain confidence in secondary vocational education,and promote the vigorous development of vocational education in China.
