| As China’s higher education has entered the stage of mass development,the number of graduate students has reached a new high.In the graduate student group,there is a large proportion of interdisciplinary graduate students.With the establishment of the dream of becoming a powerful country in sports,sports have received unprecedented attention and attention.These crossed the graduate student that enters physical education discipline,its undergraduate course is not physical education discipline,also did not pass physical education college entrance examination,did not accept traditional physical education special training,how do they face the study way of physical education discipline? What is the motivation for them to cross the examination from their original disciplines to physical education? How to choose your own identity after entering physical education? What are the difficulties in identity?This study takes the identity of the interdisciplinary master of physical education of G university as the research object,adopts the qualitative research paradigm,and collects research materials through participatory observation and semi-structured interview.Starting from the main body of interdisciplinary master of sport,the author tries to understand the identity of interdisciplinary master of sport.By sorting out the collected materials,this study draws the following conclusions:first,the reasons for the cross-examination of interdisciplinary master of sport are mainly divided into "means type","single purpose type" and "compound purpose type".The characteristic of "means type" is to achieve their own purpose by avoiding the important point and doing nothing,with blindness and passivity."Single-purpose" is not good at undergraduate subjects,future career planning is to become a sports worker,with initiative and planning.The characteristics of the "composite purpose type" are the combination of personal interests and development,with initiative,planning and innovation.Cross-examination motivation affects the adaptation of interdisciplinary master of sport in the new discipline.Second,the learning adaptation process of interdisciplinary master of sport is also a process of trying to change identity,mainly going through the stages of contact and conflict,trying to change and establishing a new identity.Among them,for the sake of pursuing knowledge and improving their own professional ability,the interdisciplinary master of sports still keeps active learning motivation after encountering differences and conflicts.Thirdly,the identification types of interdisciplinary master of sport are integration identification,assimilation identification,contradictory identification and disagreement.The "means" interdisciplinary master of physical education has a big difference in the subject and the expectation,because the self-study ability and learning enthusiasm are not high,will produce the identity of disagreeing or contradictory.Fourthly,the number of interdisciplinary sports masters with contradictory identification is the largest.Some interdisciplinary PE masters want to be a PE teacher,but their professional foundation is weak,during the postgraduate period,there are few basic courses and the ability of self-study is low,resulting in low academic identity.Fifth,the motivation of the interdisciplinary sports master’s examination with integrated identification is "compound purpose".This kind of interdisciplinary sports master’s examination not only actively faces the discipline differences,but also realizes the interdisciplinary crossing and achieves achievements in scientific research,forming the dual discipline identity.Sixth,the assimilative interdisciplinary master of sport has the strongest sense of identity and aims at becoming a sports worker.Vii.I choose the interdisciplinary sports master that I don’t agree with.Because I pursue utilitarian purposes,my low enthusiasm for learning also lays a hidden trouble for the final discipline adaptation after encountering difficulties.This research from the impact of the reasons for the identity of interdisciplinary master of sports,interdisciplinary master of sports recommendations: first,enhance the understanding of the new discipline,correct cross-examination motivation.Do not combine with their actual situation,blind choice,will eventually lead to nothing.Second,take the initiative to deal with disciplinary differences and self-shortcomings,and seek social help.Correct learning attitude,rational use of the resources around,as soon as possible into the discipline life.Thirdly,we should evaluate ourselves objectively and give full play to our own advantages of interdisciplinary study.Discipline crossing,more than one discipline thinking is more conducive to the learning of physical education.Suggestions on school training methods: first,optimize the school’s public curriculum resources and expand the learning channels of interdisciplinary master of physical education.Second,enhance the training of sports skills and professional quality of interdisciplinary master of sport.Thirdly,tutors should enrich the way of guidance and broaden the development of interdisciplinary sports masters. |
