| With the increasing social demand for composite application-oriented talents and the national policy guidance of vigorously developing the education of professional master’s degree graduates,the enrollment scale of professional master’s degree graduates continues to expand,and the proportion of students applying for professional master’s degree graduates across disciplines also increases.Master of education professional degree talents mainly face basic education or secondary vocational education field,talent training has specific training goals and requirements,the society to interdisciplinary enter oneself for an examination of master of education professional degree graduate student training work gave more attention.This study with A university education management professional degree graduate student,for example,first through the literature research method combing the domestic and foreign scholars for "professional degree graduate student cultivation","master of education training","professional master graduate student education management training" aspects of research results,explore the starting point of this study,and research topics.Secondly,through the relevant policies of professional master’s degree graduate students,the overall requirements of the training of professional master’s degree graduate students are interpreted,the specific implementation of the training of master’s degree of education is analyzed,and the training programs of some colleges and universities in Nanchang,Jiangxi province are compared,and the similarities and differences of the training programs of colleges and universities are compared.This paper discusses the possible problems of postgraduate training in educational management from the static aspect.On the basis of the evaluation index system of master of Education issued by the Office of Education Supervision Committee of The State Council,the evaluation index system of the status quo of master of education training in the field of education management is preliminarily constructed by referring to the dimensional research of related scholars on the status quo of master of Education training and combined with the investigation of the actual training of training units.Through the expert interview method,the evaluation indexes are screened and improved,and finally the evaluation index system of the cultivation status of professional master’s degree graduates in the field of education management is formed.Third,evaluation index design based on the cultivation of the professional degree graduate student education management work questionnaire,focusing on education management professional postgraduate training objectives,curriculum setting,professional practice,dissertations,teaching staff,teaching resources,professional quality training for the depth of the investigation,and statistical analysis of survey results.The differences between interdisciplinary students and non-interdisciplinary students in training objectives,course teaching,practical teaching,dissertations and professional quality of postgraduate students in the field of education management are concluded,and the problems existing in the training of professional postgraduate students in the field of education management are analyzed from the differences.Finally,based on the training practice of students in the field of education management in University A,the paper proposes optimization strategies for universities in view of the training of professional master’s degree students in the field of education management in interdisciplinary study. |
