The issue of child development has always been a focus of attention.Children’s picture books play an important role in assisting and guiding children’s development.From the perspective of oral communication,the author analyzes the current situation of oral communication of adults and children in the reading process of children’s picture books in China,and looks at the actual application of various elements of the theory of oral communication in it.The shortcomings in communication ability have explored a benign development road that is effective and can enable both parties to improve their oral communication literacy.In the introduction,the author expounds the significance of the study of oral communication in children’s picture book reading,that is,affirms the trends and trends of children’s picture book reading,clarifies the current lack of research on children’s oral communication,and explores the contemporary cross-media reading Transformation and media literacy requirements.And summarized the relevant research literature about children’s picture books and oral communication in the academic circle.The first chapter mainly sorts out the relevant theories of the research direction of the paper and presents the current situation.First,define what the children’s picture book refers to,and distinguish children’s picture books from other picture books by comparison.Based on the characteristics of picture books studied by previous people,explain the children’s understanding,readability,openness,and originality.The second discusses the current reading situation of children’s picture books: in reading content,it presents the characteristics and trends of theme diversity,cultural diversity,and roles close to life;parent-child reading,picture book story speech,picture book play performance,picture book library experience It is the most common reading situation in children’s picture book reading;the paper medium is used as the main method on the reading medium,and the multi-media picture book is used as the supplementary medium for children’s cross-media reading.Secondly,the author discusses the related theories of oral communication.The first explains the connotation,types and characteristics of oral communication;the second discusses the current situation of oral communication practice in children’s picture book reading: oral rhetoric under different theme cultures,personas,and text types;two-way interpersonal interaction in co-reading Individual speech and non-verbal communication in speeches,interpersonal communication between children in picture books and picture books;children’s oral literacy in cross-media reading.The second chapter mainly analyzes the application of oral communication theory in children’s picture book reading.The author starts with three aspects: firstly,the effect of rhetoric and persuasion in oral communication is discussed;secondly,interpersonal communication and relationship development are analyzed;finally,the childness and interest in public communication are discussed.In the rhetorical persuasion effect,based on the evaluation standards of the academic circle,an evaluation system suitable for adult and children’s oral rhetoric in picture book reading is extended,and the four picture book reading and speaking modes are explained,broadcast,dubbing,and talking.Perform detailed analysis.Under the oral communication theory of interpersonal communication and relationship development,explore how adults and children engage in social exchange activities,and draw out what purpose the exchange behaviors are based on.Based on public communication in different media,explore the true effectiveness and problems of communication with childishness and fun.In the third part,the author mainly analyzes the shortcomings and missing points of both adults and children in children’s oral communication from the perspective of improving their oral communication ability in the reading process of children’s picture books.First of all,adult linguistic communicators have a communication mentality of utilitarian education.This psychological mechanism of communication that violates children’s nature comes from the instrumental rationality,technical anxiety of the adult world,and the concept of self-esteem.In addition,fear of expression,self-paced as the center,excessive use of adult social language,inappropriate rhetoric and violent communication are relatively inadequate manifestations of adult oral literacy.Children have problems with poor oral expression habits and self-awareness.Secondly,it analyzes the strategies of establishing a child-oriented common sense space,adopting children’s discourse style and trying to build a more idealized children’s media environment.Finally,from the perspectives of communication psychology,speech,non-verbal and listening,put forward the corresponding oral communication in children’s picture books.
