In recent years,China's vocational education has not only promoted the rapid economic development,but also made outstanding contributions to the social development.The professional development of teachers determines the future of vocational education in China in a certain way.The research achievements of teachers in vocational colleges are increasing gradually,but few attention is paid to the professional development of young teachers in technical schools.Then how about the professional development of young teachers in technical schools?What are the problems they are facing?How schools and teachers face these problems is necessary to understand these problems through investigation and research.Three young teachers from S technical school in Fushun were selected as the research objects.Their professional development were described and revealed accurately by case inquiry interview and literature method.Based on the theory of teacher professional development,each teacher's development is describing by preparation,adaption,professional development and creation.Through the comparative analysis of the professional development f three teachers,this study try to find out the problems that exists in teachers professional development and explores the influencing factors of professional development in technical schools,which can be attributed to internal factors and external factors.The internal factors include self-development consciousness,teacher's belief,teaching reflection,development motivation and teaching concept-External factors include social factors,school factors and family factors.Teachers in the vocational schools can be inspired by the suggestions of teachers professional development,including professional development needs and influencing factors of young teachers.
