Abstract/Summary:
Bullying is a common phenomenon in primary and secondary schools at home and abroad.It has always been considered as a subset of aggressive behavior,and it is a special type of aggressive behavior that the relatively strong side repeats to the weaker side.The emergence of bullying on campus will bring negative effects on the healthy growth of teenagers and leave hidden dangers for the future social disharmony.In recent years,bullying incidents of primary school students frequently appear in the newspapers.The relevant survey results show that bullying behavior of primary school students can not be ignored.Therefore,the problem of bullying in primary school should be widely concerned.Through collecting the first-line data of bullying behavior in senior primary school,this study attempts to analyze the behavioral motivation of bully,bullied,teachers,parents and other roles in bullying behavior,analyze the occurrence,impact and coping style of bullying behavior in senior primary school,and further explore the effective coping measures of bullying behavior in Campus,in order to serve as the primary school The prevention and intervention of bullying on campus provide reference.In this study,questionnaire,and interview were used to investigate the current situation of bullying in the Senior School of J primary school in Fuzhou.Questionnaire was designed to investigate the growing environment,the understanding of bullying behavior,the situation of bullying / being bullied,the causes of bullying behavior,the impact of bullying / being bullied,and the measures to deal with bullying behavior.In-depth interviews were conducted with various roles And it is analyzed with cases.It is found that bullying in senior primary school has the characteristics of fuzziness in definition,high frequency in occurrence,concealment in behavior,diversity in types,and difficulty in prevention and control.It also tries to analyze the origin of bullying in primary school from the aspects of law,social ethos,school function,teacher responsibility,the demonstration role of the original family,the mutual acquisition of peer groups’ behaviors and the influence of students’ physical and mental characteristics.Combined with the analysis of the causes and characteristics of campus bullying,this study puts forward that in the face of campus bullying in primary schools,corresponding measures should be taken at the four levels of society,school,family and individual students to carry out early intervention and prevention of campus bullying in primary schools,so as to prevent the in-depth and spread development of campus bullying.At the social level,we should guide and improve the social atmosphere,legislate moderately in law;at the school level,we should improve the mechanism moderately,combine with the supervision of teachers,and play a collective role;at the family level,we should pay attention to parents,and clearly strengthen the responsibility of family education;at the individual level,we should learn self-confidence and self-discipline by adjusting ourselves.
