In recent years,due to the high demand for self-development,the severe employment situation,the incorporation of part-time postgraduate examination into the unified examination and the expansion of postgraduate enrollment,postgraduate entrance examination has become another way for college students to choose,and the number of national postgraduate candidates has also shown a rising trend year by year.In the current "postgraduate entrance examination fever" social atmosphere,many candidates who failed in the first postgraduate entrance exam will choose to stay around colleges and universities to prepare for the master's degree examination,thus deriving a group: postgraduate entrance examination school drifters.With the continuous growth of this group,they are gradually concerned by scholars and began to study from all levels.This paper mainly focuses on the anxiety of the drifters who take part in the postgraduate entrance examination.When preparing for the postgraduate entrance examination for the second time,the mood and mentality of the candidates are different from the first time.Under the influence of various factors,the students who take part in the postgraduate entrance examination are more likely to have anxiety problems.So how to help the students ease the anxiety is the problem to be studied in this paper.From the perspective of social work,based on cognitive behavior theory and social support theory,this paper is divided into five chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly describes the research background,research significance and the research status of related issues at home and abroad.The second chapter is the research design part,which puts forward the research ideas,research methods,research objects and theoretical basis of this paper.In the third chapter,through the form of interview and scale,the author summarizes the performance and influencing factors of postgraduate entrance examination anxiety.The fourth chapter is the part of case study,which selects typical cases,makes targeted service plans and programs through case service intervention,helps the service objects to ease the anxiety of postgraduate entrance examination,and summarizes the experience of case service.The fifth chapter is the research summary and suggestions part,which summarizes the whole research,reflects on the shortcomings of the research,and finally puts forward relevant suggestions for the research problems from the three levels of individual,family and school.
