With the rapid development of information technology,all walks of life are generally using the combination of information technology and network,and the field of education is also gradually combined with network technology.The construction and application of online open course started from the National Excellent Course in 2003.In 2013,China formally put forward the concept of online open course,which organically combines traditional classroom and online,and adopts the mixed online and offline methods for teaching,breaking the time and space limitations of traditional classroom and realizing the sharing of teaching resources.Online open course is the product of the continuous integration of information technology and education,the construction and development of online open course is the basis of promoting the sound development of education,in order to ensure the healthy development of online open course,the state has promulgated relevant policies,systems and rules to regulate and construct.Adopt the construction mode of "main body of universities,government support and social participation",experienced three stages: the construction of excellent courses,the construction and application of excellent open courses,and the comprehensive construction,application and management of online open courses.Through investigation and research,it is found that the application and research of online open courses in sports and techniques in China are less,and the construction standard and system of online open courses have not been formed,and the teaching effect is not obvious.This study will open online courses and the teaching of volleyball technology and tactics combination,the use of information and network technology to promote the volleyball course teaching reform,to achieve an organic combination of online and offline teaching,to improve students’ interest in learning volleyball,provide more ways for volleyball,self-directed learning of sports skill class online open course construction to provide the reference.This study combines volleyball online open course teaching,trying to conduct a teaching experiment in the volleyball elective course teaching in Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education.According to the characteristics of the volleyball sport,elective course syllabus and teaching schedule,the guangzhou institute of sports volleyball elective course students of six class for eight weeks 32 hours of teaching experiments,strive to effective teaching emphasis and breakthrough teaching difficulty,effectively controls the teaching progress,in the limited time to improve students’ learning interest,learning motivation in volleyball class and basic technology,finally achieve the purpose of improving the quality of teaching.This article mainly through the use of literature,interview,questionnaire survey method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics and logical analysis method and other methods to carry out in-depth research on the relevant content,research and analysis of the inherent teaching law,teaching characteristics and teaching results.Before the experiment,we consulted related volleyball experts and professors,designed the experiment process combining volleyball online open course teaching,and carried out the teaching experiment for 6classes of volleyball elective course in Guangzhou Institute of Physical Education.The experimental conclusions are as follows:1.Volleyball online open course is the provincial teaching online course,according to the provincial teaching online course standard construction and the super star network teaching platform organic combination.Main functions: online discussion,sign-in,evaluation,automatic paper group,automatic paper change,upload job and monitoring function.2.Online open volleyball course is conducive to stimulating students’ learning motivation,learning attitude and learning interest.The results of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group.Due to the short teaching time,there is no significant difference in the physical quality of students.3.Through the experimental study,the test results of volleyball basic skills in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the scores of dribbling,spiking,serving and passing in the track and field class and basketball class in the experimental group were significantly different from those in the control group.In the wushu class,there was a significant difference between the test group and the control group in the scores of ball padding and serving,and there was a significant difference in the scores of passing and spiking.4.Combining volleyball online open course teaching fully embodies the teaching principle of taking students as the main body and teachers as the leading,and can effectively cultivate students’ independent learning ability,inquiry learning ability and learning interest.5.Through the survey,it is found that the application of online open courses in teaching can effectively improve the classroom atmosphere and learning efficiency,which is recognized by students,who think that it can be promoted into teaching.
