After more than 20 years of development,the research on the construction of "double qualified" teachers team has become an important part of the field of secondary vocational education.One of the key and difficult problems that need to be solved is how to build a "double qualified" teachers team which meets the requirements of modern vocational education.Although some achievements have been made in the process of construction,it still remains some deeper problems.The study takes three secondary vocational schools with different majors in Tianjin as examples.Through the investigation of their most representative majors and the school-running orientation and talents training objectives,we summarize the experience and difficulties of the construction of "double qualified" teachers team,analyze the causes,then put forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.First of all,through combining the practice of the study,and then combing and analyzing the relevant concepts and connotations of the literatures put forward by the experts and scholars domestic and abroad in the same field,we make clear the concept of the construction of "double qualified" teachers team,that is,the construction of "double teacher" teacher team is divided into two parts: the training of personal "double qualified" quality and the constructing of teachers team.And we designed the interview outline according to the connotation and the actual situation of the construction of "double qualified" teachers team.Secondly,we investigated the construction of "double qualified" teachers team in three different secondary vocational schools mentioned through case analysis and investigation interview.According to the interviews with ten teachers and staff members in different types,we can have a deep understanding of the specialty-running orientation and talents training objectives,as well as the curriculum,the structure of teachers’ team,the mechanisms for access,professional development mechanism,training mechanism and assessment,and the difficulties faced.And then we comprehensively analyzed the situations of team building in these schools by relevant information on the Internet and provided by the schools.Finally,according to the actual cases of the three schools,the study analyzes the problems and influencing factors in the construction of "double qualified" teachers team in secondary vocational schools,and puts forward targeted countermeasures and suggestions.
