Study On Cultivation Of Craftsman Spirit Among Students In Higher Vocational Colleges

Craftsman spirit has become particularly important in today’s society.Cultivating craftsman spirit is also a new development direction that all walks of life should strive to pursue.In academia,some famous scholars to interpret the spirit of craftsman in earnest,on the basis of the connotation and its value,in the spirit into the higher vocational education from the perspective of the contemporary students cultivate the spirit of craftsman,is committed to looking for new breakthrough to the development of higher vocational colleges,also for the realization of the made in China to provide high-quality skilled craftsmen.This study on Marx’s labor theory of value and socialist core values as the theoretical basis,first through the literature research has carried on the related to the content of the spirit and cultivation,and then draw lessons from the Dr Xue Dong artisan spirit fosters the questionnaire of graduation thesis,and according to your own research on the corresponding modification,design this research use questionnaire,and the reliability and validity of inspection,to ensure the scientific nature of the questionnaire.Secondly,three higher vocational colleges in Guangdong Province were selected as samples to investigate the overall situation of the cultivation of craftsman spirit by higher vocational colleges to students.On this basis,the SPSS software was used to conduct statistical analysis on the survey results,including the difference analysis of different demographic variables of students in vocational colleges on various dimensions of craftsman spirit,the statistical analysis of various dimensions of craftsman spirit characteristics and the current situation analysis of craftsman spirit cultivation of students in vocational colleges.Through investigation and analysis,it is found that there are several main problems in the process of cultivating students’ craftsman spirit in vocational colleges: lack of foundation for cultivating craftsman spirit;The cultivation of craftsman spirit has fallen into the dilemma of "easy publicity but difficult implementation".The lack of effective guidance and implementation of policies and systems related to the craftsman spirit;The infiltration of craftsman spirit in the campus environment is lack of appeal;The strength of double-qualified teachers is weak;School-enterprise cooperation and craftsmanship spirit are not well integrated.Finally,this study puts forward the optimization countermeasures for the problems existing in the cultivation of the craftsman spirit of higher vocational students,that is,vocational colleges should set up the professional values corresponding to the craftsman spirit;Cultivating craftsman spirit should be integrated into the whole process of higher vocational education and teaching.The government should establish and improve the relevant system of cultivating craftsman spirit;Attach importance to the edification of the school culture to the craftsman spirit;Strengthen the construction of double-qualified teachers;Establish a deeply integrated school-enterprise cooperation and education mechanism.
