| Vocational enlightenment education is an important part of vocational education.It is one of the main contents of Vocational Basic Education.It is a necessary way to guide students to understand the professional world and determine their professional expectations.At present,various regions of our country actively explore the implementation of vocational enlightenment education,find the optimization path to adapt to the regional vocational enlightenment education,and maximize the role of vocational enlightenment education.Primary school stage is the basis for children to master systematic knowledge and skills,and it is the key stage of vocational enlightenment education.Primary school students are pure in nature and have great plasticity.On the one hand,the implementation of vocational enlightenment education can help them broaden their professional world vision and expand their life experience,on the other hand,it can strengthen the concept of building their hometown.Therefore,in order to promote the development of the central region,it is necessary to strengthen the research of vocational enlightenment education.This study mainly adopts the methods of literature,questionnaire and interview.Through the literature method,this paper summarizes and analyzes the research status and theoretical achievements of vocational enlightenment education at home and abroad,and defines the related concepts of the research.Through questionnaire survey and interview,this paper takes four primary schools in X city of county-level city in Central China as the research object to carry out the survey on the implementation status of vocational enlightenment education.From the questionnaire survey of teachers and middle and senior primary school students and the interviews with school leaders,it is found that there are several problems in primary school vocational enlightenment education: first,the lack of concept,the marginalization of the status of vocational enlightenment education;second,the lack of awareness of the status of vocational enlightenment education;Second,the curriculum resources of vocational enlightenment education are weak and the enlightenment content is vague;third,the professional knowledge background of teachers is insufficient;fourth,the financial expenditure is less and the exploitable resources and environment are limited.In view of the above problems,we can find the reasons from the national level,school level,family level and students’ personal level as follows: first,the national level: the lack of specific guidance in the macro-control of vocational enlightenment education;second,the school level: the low enthusiasm in participating in Vocational enlightenment education;third,the family level: parents do not pay attention to vocational enlightenment education;fourth,the students’ personal level: the lack of specific guidance in the macro-control of vocational enlightenment education They have onesided understanding of their profession.Through the analysis of the problems and reasons,this paper puts forward the optimization strategies for the implementation path of regional vocational enlightenment education,which mainly includes: first,enhancing the concept awareness of the implementation of vocational enlightenment education;second,establishing the curriculum system of vocational enlightenment education,and making the enlightenment content targeted;third,strengthening the construction of vocational enlightenment teachers,and promoting the specialization of teachers;fourth,increasing financial expenditure,and developing feasible talents The fifth is to establish a “community” for the implementation of vocational enlightenment education,and elaborate each optimization path. |
