| The General Office of the State Council issued the Outline for the Construction of a Sports Power in 2019,pointing out: "To promote the development of early childhood sports,improve policies and security systems;Promote the popularization of children’s basketball;To guide the establishment of preschool physical education curriculum system and teacher training system." Under the guidance of this policy,our country’s infant basketball is booming.Many studies on children’s basketball tend to study the role,influence and interest of basketball on children,showing a localized development trend of children’s basketball.However,there is a lack of research on the teaching syllabus of children’s basketball at specific age stages.In this paper,by means of questionnaire survey,expert interview,experiment and other methods,the content of children’s basketball teaching syllabus was studied.According to the "U5-U12 National Basketball Skilled Grade Standards and Test Methods",the measurement indexes and physical fitness measurement standards for children aged 4-5 were formulated.Forty 4-5 year old children from Fangcao Kindergarten in Liwan District,Guangzhou were randomly selected and divided into control group and experimental group to carry out a 10-week teaching experiment.After the experiment,the following conclusions were drawn:(1)in children aged 4 to 5 basketball teaching outline on the contents of the plait,physiological characteristics and psychological characteristics in this paper,on the basis of children’s growth and development adhere to the "health first" guiding ideology,the basketball as one of the important ways to promote children’s all-round development,through the rich basketball activities give children experience,conducive to the development of body and mind in order to promote the healthy development of children,At the same time,the safety education in the first place,the use of game teaching methods,to drive children’s emotional infection,encourage children to put into the movement.Compared with the kindergarten basketball outline,the outline is more innovative,and the content of the outline is more perfect,detailed,more operable and more specific.(2)After 10 weeks of teaching experiment,there was no significant difference in the physical fitness test results between the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.Basketball teaching in the short term will not have a significant impact on the development of children’s physical quality.(3)The basketball skills of the two groups of children aged 4-5 were tested after a 10-week teaching experiment;In the experimental tests of right hand and left hand dribbling the ball in 30 seconds and passing the ball in place in 30 seconds,both the experimental group and the control group showed significant improvement compared with before the experiment.However,the test results of children in the experimental group in the right hand,left hand 30 seconds dribbling,30 seconds pass in situ are better than the control group,and has a very significant difference.It shows that the basketball teaching syllabus for 4-5 year old children plays an active role in their mastering basketball skills.(4)Created and compiled the basketball teaching syllabus for 4-5 year olds,and then applied the syllabus to the experimental group and the control group and conducted empirical research on the syllabus,which proved the feasibility of the syllabus and played a positive role in basketball teaching for 4-5 year olds.Finally,through theory and practice,this paper explores a basketball teaching mode suitable for 4-5 year old children,which is of great significance to provide reference and help for scholars studying basketball teaching for children in the future. |
