In October 2020,the General Office of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of China and the General Office of the State Council issued the "Opinions on Comprehensively Strengthening and Improving School Aesthetic Education in the New Era",emphasizing the use of aesthetics to educate people,to beautify people,and to cultivate yuan with the United States,and to include aesthetic education at all levels The whole process of school talent training runs through all stages of school education,and cultivates socialist builders and successors who develop comprehensively in moral,intellectual,physical,and artistic.This article is based on the theory and practice of cheerleading research at home and abroad,combined with the physical and mental characteristics of female college students to learn cheerleading,and according to the combination of the characteristics of the sports item and the "aesthetic education ",the flower ball is used for cheerleading.As an example,students were intervened in cheerleading exercises for16 weeks.Using literature method,questionnaire survey method,expert interview method,teaching experiment method,mathematical statistics method,logical analysis method and other methods,analyze the changes of physical fitness,cheerleading skill level and subjective consciousness before and after the experiment.To explore whether the cheerleading teaching experiment conducted under the "Aesthetic Education " is better than the control group in terms of students’ aesthetic ability,learning interest,self-confidence,physical fitness,and complete sets of cheerleading exercises Exploring how to infiltrate the aesthetic education in the teaching of cheerleading and the value of aesthetic education contained in sports items,and also provide a certain theoretical basis for the promotion and popularization of cheerleading sports and improving the development of students’ comprehensive quality.Draw the following conclusions through experimental research:1.At present,most colleges and universities in our country have not carried out the aesthetic education penetration in cheerleading teaching in an all-round way,the main reasons are: cheerleading teachers’ own lack of aesthetic education cognition,teaching methods and teaching content still have some room to improve,and the curriculum system has not been updated in time,which leads to the lack of students’ aesthetic education cognition and the lack of aesthetic education related practical activities.2.After the experiment,the students in the experimental group are better than those in the control group in terms of subjective awareness,aesthetic awareness,self-confidence,and interest in learning.There are significant differences in physical fitness and basic skills between the experimental group and the control group.The experimental results of aesthetic education related teaching content are obvious.3.The aesthetic education effect achieved by the short-term teaching can only achieve the effect of promoting physical health,mental health,and releasing emotions.The effect of stimulating creativity and cultivating artistic aesthetics requires long-term penetration to achieve more obvious effects.4.Implement the concept of aesthetic education in specific teaching practice.Students feel beauty,discover beauty,and create beauty in cheerleading learning.Students can learn about the content and movements of cheerleading,and they can gradually realize it during the learning process.The beauty contained in la la exercises gives rise to a strong interest in learning.5.Teachers can guide students to record their yearning for a better life with cheerleading through the wonderful experience brought by the objective world,and improve their aesthetic consciousness and self-confidence.
