Behind the rapid development of The Times,the role of community education has become increasingly prominent.It can not only enhance the cultural quality of community residents,improve the ability of social and cultural services,but also promote local development.The 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China clearly proposed that "we should pay attention to continuing education and build a learning society",and achieve the building of a moderately prosperous society in an all-round way in 2020.Building a learning society is an important strategic goal proposed by China in the construction of socialist modernization.At present,the importance of grassroots governance is gradually highlighted,and various governance theories have been applied,which is of great significance to guide community education work.As a basic unit of China’s society,community governance is directly related to the social development,harmony and stability of China.Community education is an important social public service project that affects community governance.By strengthening community education,it is of great significance to stabilize the stability and harmony of China’s society and maintain the good public service enjoyed by the basic components of society.Whether community education can develop soundly and give full play to its functions is a hot research topic at present.From 1980 s to 2014,community education in Wen jiang District of Chengdu has made great progress.However,this kind of community education model can not adapt to the new requirements of community governance for community education under the new situation,which restricts the exertion of greater functions of community education,and can not cope with the new requirements of the state and Society for community governance.In order to break through the bottleneck and explore a new form of community education mode suitable for Wen jiang District,and started to build a relatively perfect community education mode in 2016,and finally formed a unique "three innovations and three promotions" community education mode.The "three innovations and three promotions" community education model has played an active role in community education.The current problems have been solved,which improves the fact that the development of community education has encountered bottlenecks,and has achieved very effective results.Analyze it in a variety of ways,Firstly,the background and significance are discussed.Secondly,it introduces the development history of community education in Wen jiang District,the background of the "three innovation and three promotion" mode,and expounds how the community education in Wen jiang District innovates the system and mechanism to promote social co construction,how to innovate the overall planning mode to promote resource sharing,and building a new pattern of citizen growth the integration of production and education.Thirdly,it introduces the current situation of community education in Wen jiang District after the implementation of "three innovation and three promotion mode".Finally,the paper puts forward the experience and suggestions of "three innovations and three promotions" mode of community education in Wen jiang District.Through this case study,we hope to have some inspiration for the current national exploration of the new model of community education.
