The Study On Employment Effect Of FDI In Producer Services Of China

With China's economy entering the new normal stage,the growth rate is gradually slowing down,and the industrial structure is facing great pressure for transformation and upgrading.The development of producer services will surely carry the mission of The Times,and become an important force for stable employment growth,openness and innovation,and leading economic development.At the same time,in terms of attracting foreign investment,China's manufacturing industry's ability to attract foreign investment is gradually weakened,but the foreign direct investment in the tertiary industry is increasing.According to the calculation results of China's statistical data in recent ten years,the proportion of fdi absorbed by the manufacturing industry and the total amount decreased from 54.6%to 28.1%from 2007 to 2016,while the FDI absorbed by China's producer services increased year by year,from 34.4%to52.4%.Whether foreign investment have significant employment effect on employment of producer services,foreign capital introduction of producer services segment industry employment effect if there is a difference,and according to China's national conditions,foreign capital introduction to our country in different parts of the effect on employment of producer services whether there is a difference,and so on,the answers to these questions will be reasonable and accurate foreign policy of our country,alleviate the employment pressure due to the slowing economy,promoting the productive service industry better serve the real economy have far-reaching significance.Based on the theory of foreign investment and employment,industrial interaction of theory and empirical research methods,such as thorough analyzes the relations between foreign capital and employment of producer services,to our country's productive service industry as the breakthrough point and from FDI inflows as a starting point,the utilization of foreign capital is divided into two aspects of producer services in our country,on the one hand,is directly into the producer services of foreign investment,on the other hand,is directly into close contact with the producer services in manufacturing of foreign capital,foreign capital analysis of the two parts on the employment of producer services of direct or indirect employment effects.In this paper,the results showed that:According to the empirical conclusions,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations at the end,in order to through rational lead producer services FDI and manufacturing FDI inflows,and give full play to its positive role of employment and achieve a steady increase both in our country's employment,balance development between different regions,and can push our country industrial structure optimization and improvement of the ideal effect.1)The overall level of Producer Services:?1?when the inflow of foreign investment in manufacturing industry is at the average level,the development of manufacturing industry has a positive effect on the employment of producer services;?2?when the development of the manufacturing industry is at the average level,the foreign capital flowing into the manufacturing industry is negative to the development of producer services.?3?when the technical level and the level of human capital in the average level,the inflow of foreign capital to the industry's employment of producer services is positive,is different is that when calculating the partial function,regional human capital level of the partial effect is positive,but the industry average level of human capital is negative effect for the partial function,a reasonable guess is that improve the level of human capital in areas,which helps to expand the positive of producer services FDI on the industry of employment promotion effect.2)The subdivision level of Producer Services industry:?1?when the development of manufacturing industry is at the negative.3)At the regional level:?1?from the regression data,the main effect of FDI into manufacturing on the employment effect of producer services is positive in coastal areas?southern coastal and northern coastal areas?,while negative in inland areas?southern inland and northern inland areas?,while the coefficient of interaction term is just the opposite.?2?if the average level of the development of the manufacturing industry is taken,then the effect of FDI into the manufacturing industry on the employment of producer services is positive for the southern coastal areas and the northern inland areas,and negative for the southern inland areas and the northern coastal areas.?3?when the variables lnR1,lnR2 and L?1?lnHC all take their respective average levels,the variable L?1?lnFDI_p?the lagged phase of FDI into producer services?has different partial effects on the employment effect of the industry in different regions.From the results,it only produces positive employment promotion effect on the northern coastal areasAccording to the empirical conclusions,this paper puts forward the corresponding policy recommendations at the end,in order to through rational lead producer services FDI inflows of FDI and manufacturing at the same time with the interactive development of domestic relevant industry,give full play to its positive role on employment,achieve a steady increase both in our country's employment,balance employment development among different regions,and constantly promote China's industrial structure optimization of the ideal effect.
