| With the rapid development of China’s economy,social transformation,the rapid increase of floating population,family migration has become a major phenomenon,the number of migrant children is also increasing rapidly.By the seventh national population census on November 1,2020,China’s floating population has reached 376 million,an increase of 69.73% compared with the sixth national population census in2010,accounting for 26% of the total population.Among them,the number of children of floating population is 130-150 million,and the number of children of migrant workers in compulsory education stage is 14.297 million.The mobility of life,the complexity of the social environment and the potential risks have all brought a variety of challenges to migrant children.How to face these adversities is particularly critical to their growth and development,which is related to personal resilience.Resilience refers to a person’s ability of psychological adjustment,coping and balance in the face of pressure,shock or frustration.It reflects an individual’s inner strength in the face of adversity.It can be cultivated and improved by stimulating the individual’s internal protective factors or learning.Therefore,it has certain theoretical and practical significance to pay attention to the cultivation of migrant children’s resilience and strengthen the research and intervention of migrant children’s growth in the face of pressure and adversity,which is very important to promote the healthy growth and physical and mental development of migrant children.Based on this social problem and research significance,this paper takes the theory of resilience as the basis and the method of group work as the means to carry out practical research on the cultivation of migrant children’s resilience,and tries to explore the effective ways to cultivate migrant children’s resilience.Firstly this study through the relevant observation to understand,according to the needs of the service object of stress cultivation,screening 12 migrant children in line with the research object to form a group.Secondly,according to the problems and needs of the research object and the relevant theoretical perspective,the group scheme is planned,and the group concept and skills are used for intervention.Then,through observation and semi-structured interview,we understand the changes of the resilience of the team members,and analyze the changes of the resilience of the team members before and after the intervention by the relevant index scale and paired sample T test.Finally,through the participation of team members,process performance,feedback evaluation and behavior changes before and after,as well as the self-evaluation of group workers,the effectiveness of group intervention is evaluated,and the shortcomings of practical work are reflected.The study found that through the intervention of resilience cultivation group,migrant children’s resilience,coping style,self-efficacy and self-esteem,and other aspects of resilience were improved.According to the situation and deficiency of practical intervention,the author puts forward some suggestions on the cultivation of migrant children’s resilience and the intervention of social work practical work,so as to provide experience and reference for the future related research. |
