Since the early 1980 s,the scale and number of migrants in China have grown rapidly.As an important part of this large-scale population movement,migrant children have been directly or in terms of social integration,educational resources,and physical and mental development.Indirect influence.At this stage,although migrant children enjoy the benefits of migration and urbanization to a certain extent,they can obtain more resources and development opportunities.However,migrant children still face unprecedented challenges in the survival and development of cities,so they target migrant children.The research carried out by this group has become very necessary.Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory and group dynamics theory,this paper focuses on improving the self-confidence of migrant children,using the professional methods and techniques of group work,and focusing on the problem of insufficient self-confidence among the eight clients.The theme of “Youth” was carried out five times in the L Social Work Service Center.In addition,in this paper,the improvement of children's self-confidence is the ability of children's self-awareness,self-efficacy,and initiative.Finally,it is found through practice evaluation that the intervention of the group can improve the self-confidence of migrant children,but the improvement of self-confidence of migrant children requires not only the involvement of professional social work,but also the coordination and integration of family,school and society at all levels to jointly maintain the mobility of children.The rights to help migrant children improve their self-confidence.
