| With the rapid development of China’s economy and the deepening of scientific and technological informationization,it has brought challenges and opportunities to all walks of life.As a knowledge-intensive industry,the traditional consulting service industry is more obviously influenced and impacted by the development of informationization and intelligence.At the same time,in the requirements of the national 13 th Five-Year Plan,a series of consulting services such as 12333 consulting services are listed as important national public service projects,reflecting the state’s emphasis on consulting services;The steady advancement of the national "distribution service" since the "18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China" has also increased the demand for consulting services in society;With the continuous development of social security,its business volume increases,and its corresponding consulting service business volume increases,and the importance of the business itself increases.Under the new economic situation,the consulting service industry,with its irreplaceable characteristics,increasingly reflects its strategic value for the long-term development of enterprises and institutions,especially in the service industry,which highlights its extremely important position.However,in the practical work,the consulting service departments of our country show the lag that is out of touch with the increasingly scientific,information and efficient production methods,and cannot meet the requirements of the times.M consulting service center,as a typical traditional service industry,undertakes public service consulting services under market economy conditions.At present,there are some problems such as low staff enthusiasm,poor service quality and poor service satisfaction.In the final analysis,these problems are caused by its lack of future development planning and strategic development planning.Therefore,in order to promote the transformation and reform of the consulting service system,it is necessary to study the development strategy of M consulting service center,and establish a set of development strategy that conforms to the actual situation of M consulting service center and meets its actual needs.At the same time,the research on the development strategy of M consulting service center is helpful to solve the strategic development problems faced by M consulting service center,to coordinate and promote the development of 12333 consulting service work in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and to provide some reference for the development of the same kind of consulting service industry in China.This paper analyzes the research background,obtains the research significance,and determines the research ideas and research methods.Then,the related theories are summarized,and the strategic environment of M consulting service center,the internal and external environment of M consulting service center,is analyzed by using PEST,five forces model and SWOT analysis tools,combined with the industry characteristics,industry development and general situation of M consulting service center.Then,it determines the development strategic objectives and plans of M consulting service center,constructs the development strategy of M consulting service center,puts forward implementation measures from organizational structure strategy and business strategy,and puts forward safeguard measures from strengthening the implementation of management system,improving the construction and renewal of knowledge base,consolidating the dominant position and strengthening the control of strategy implementation,so as to prevent and resolve the problems that may be encountered in the process of implementing the development strategy in advance.At the end,the full text is reviewed and summarized,and some shortcomings and problems of this study are put forward. |
