Analysis Of Poverty Reduction Effect Of "Poverty Alleviation Workshop" From The Perspective Of Vulnerability To Multidimensional Poverty

Look far ahead from a high plane of the eighteen Party since the party’s founding,the new central leadership group,which is headed by Xi Jinping,is the leader of the general secretary.He has persisted in the basic strategy of accurately helping the poor and accurately eliminating poverty.He has extensively mobilized the forces of all sectors of society and promoted the work of tackling poverty alleviation to a new height in the history of governing the country,laying a solid foundation for the realization of the goal of "two two years".In order to achieve precise poverty eradication,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward the "five batch" development strategy.Among them,the relocation of poverty alleviation groups has achieved great results and the relocation task has basically been achieved.However,it is still a difficult problem that how to get rid of poverty and not return to poverty after relocation.At the end of 2015,the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the "decision of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council on winning the battle of poverty alleviation",which clearly pointed out the specific measures for poverty alleviation.The top two were to develop characteristic industries and get rid of poverty through employment.It can be seen from this that the "two industries" poverty alleviation project is the fundamental solution to the people’s livelihood,the fundamental means to realize the survival and development of the people,and is also an important measure to win the battle of precise poverty alleviation.Therefore,in order to achieve the goal of moving farmers out of poverty without returning to poverty,we need to vigorously develop industries and employment to help the poor.The "poverty alleviation workshop",which was initiated by Shandong Province,initially contributed a lot to the realization of local employment for people with difficulties in employment.As an organic unity of industrial poverty alleviation and employment poverty alleviation,this new development model has been collectively studied and widely promoted by the Political Bureau of the CPC Central Committee,encouraging the development of "poverty alleviation workshops" throughout the country,and helping the unemployed and low-energy people to achieve employment.Responding to the novel coronavirus pneumonia and actively promoting the "poverty alleviation workshop" project,the innovative products of the precise poverty alleviation began to rapidly become popular.Especially in the special period of the impact of the new crown pneumonia on our economy,General Secretary Xi Jinping clearly emphasized the need to actively promote the "priority workshop" to resume work and solve the livelihood problems of the people.News reports and typical cases of great utility emerge one after another,showing the "great role" of "small workshops" in solving the problems of poverty and people’s livelihood.As a new industry and employment poverty alleviation model which has been popular in recent years,the relevant research on "poverty alleviation workshop" is not enough,and there are still many research blind spots.Therefore,based on this realistic background,this paper studies the actual poverty reduction effect of "poverty alleviation workshop" on relocated farmers from the perspective of poverty vulnerability.This paper uses quantitative and qualitative methods,uses A-F method and expected poverty vulnerability analysis(VEP)to quantitatively analyze the multi-dimensional poverty and poverty vulnerability of relocated farmers,analyzes the inherent poverty reduction mechanism of "poverty alleviation workshop",and then uses the qualitative analysis method based on grounded theory to analyze the actual poverty reduction effect of "poverty alleviation workshop".The research perspective is more novel,the research methods are more comprehensive,and the conclusions are more theoretical and practical significance.It is proposed to enrich the research results of targeted poverty alleviation strategy and "poverty alleviation workshop" in China,put forward feasible policy suggestions for better construction of "poverty alleviation workshop",promote its faster and better development,and contribute to the realization of accurate poverty alleviation and non return to poverty of relocated farmers.
