China(Chongqing)Pubic Vocational Training Center Operations Management Strategy Research

The construction and development of public training bases in China have played a good role in accelerating the training of skilled personnel and promoting economic and social development in the past 20 years.However,there are still many problems in the process of construction and development,such as the problem of operation mode,management system and system guarantee.China(chongqing)Public vocational Training Center as the new national public training base,how to build the unique characteristics of the chongqing operation management mode,to avoid public training bases around the country generally encountered high operating costs and financial fund pressure,poor sustainability problems,put equal emphasis on economic and social benefits,achieve healthy and sustainable development,is the key point of this study.In this article,through a comprehensive analysis of China(chongqing)Public vocational Training center management organization has just been established,the management team has just been established,the training project has not been completed,the training room has not been put into operation and so on,We find out a series of problems and deficiencies in the public training center,such as lack of financial support,shortage of management team,lack of equipment maintenance personnel,lack of professional teachers,lack of teaching materials and curriculum development.This paper systematically summarizes the construction and operation of three modes of domestic public training bases: government led construction,relying on Colleges and universities to build,and facing the society to identify,The operation modes of foreign public training bases such as German cross enterprise training center,TAFE College in Australia and Singapore teaching factory are compared,Summed up the experience and lessons of domestic public training base operation and management,as well as foreign public training base to bring us inspiration.Based on the experience and lessons of operation and management of public training bases at home and abroad,combined with their own actual situation,this paper proposes to introduce social capital to participate in the construction of training projects,and be specifically responsible for the operation and management of training projects and equipment maintenance,bear all operating costs,and all business income will go into the account of public training center,In the integrated operation management,the responsibility and contribution are allocated.
