In order to improve the quality of teacher training in an all-round way,the Ministry of education proposes to promote the "Trinity" collaborative education mechanism of local government,universities,primary and middle schools.As a new model of Teacher Education in the new era,local education administrative departments,universities,primary and middle schools are the main body of collaborative construction.The awareness and behavior of mutual collaboration greatly affect the collaborative effect and construction quality of Teacher Development Schools.At present,there are few researches on the use of collaborative perspective to analyze the problems in the field of teacher education,and the research on the collaborative mechanism of Teacher Development School is almost in the blank stage.Therefore,based on the collaborative perspective,this study constructs a systematic collaborative mechanism of Teacher Development Schools,truthfully presents the current situation of collaborative mechanism construction of Teacher Development Schools in Zhejiang Province,and puts forward relevant improvement measures,so as to improve the effectiveness and level of collaborative mechanism of Teacher Development Schools in Zhejiang Province.The research mainly uses the literature and survey method to comprehensively consider the collaborative mechanism of Teacher Development Schools in Zhejiang Province from six dimensions: target collaborative mechanism,Organization collaborative mechanism,guarantee collaborative mechanism,training collaborative mechanism,communication coordination mechanism and evaluation mechanism:1.Construct the necessary dimension of collaborative mechanism of Teacher Development Schools in Zhejiang Province;2.Investigate and understand the actual situation of the collaborative mechanism of Teacher Development Schools in Zhejiang Province;3.Explore the differences between what is and what should be,summarize experience,find problems and analyze the reasons;4.Based on the above content,this paper puts forward the optimization path of the collaborative mechanism of Teacher Development Schools in Zhejiang Province.After investigation,the study found that: the Zhejiang provincial teacher development school coordination mechanism is a new mechanism led by the government and leads the training of teachers.And the Internet plus information exchange platform has been constructed to broaden the channels and space for teachers to be trained and equipped.But there are also some problems in the process of construction,from the overall level: there are differences in the collaborative participation of TDS in different periods,and the imbalance of TDS index distribution.From the perspective of sub mechanisms: the target positioning of TDS construction is not comprehensive;most of the collaborative subjects have not yet established a special post responsibility system,and the inter organizational institutions among the subjects have not been implemented;material security,team security,system security and other aspects need to be strengthened;the collaborative cooperation in all aspects of training is not in-depth,comprehensive,and systematic;the lack of liaison mechanism;the evaluation mechanism contents are further improved.Combined with relevant interviews,based on the research and analysis of the collaborative mechanism of Teacher Development Schools in Zhejiang Province and the related reasons,this study finally puts forward the following optimization path.The overall level: reasonable distribution,optimize the indicators;improve the incentive mechanism,stimulate internal driving force;establish a construction and sharing mechanism,build TDS alliance community.Each sub mechanism level: deepen the target coordination mechanism to form the joint efforts of TDS;improve the organization coordination mechanism to clarify the division of TDS responsibilities;strengthen the support coordination mechanism in provision of TDS logistics;strengthen the training coordination mechanism to enhance the TDS system cooperation;improve the communication and coordination mechanism to smooth the interaction and sharing of TDS;improve the evaluation mechanism to promote the dynamic management of TDS.
