With the development of the times,the society's demand for talents is becoming increasingly harsh.Teachers who are preachers and professionals are also challenged by high requirements,high quality and high quantity.Education has always been the national plan and the hope of the country's future development.Its far-reaching significance highlights the importance of teacher education.In 2014,the Ministry of Education's Opinions on Implementing the Training Plan for Excellent Teachers clearly put forward the establishment of a new mechanism of "trinity" cooperation between universities and local governments,primary and secondary schools.High-quality and professional teachers need to be trained in coordination by all parties.In order to cultivate high-quality teachers and ensure the quality and quantity of normal students' training,Y University actively promotes the collaborative training model,and jointly works with local education administration departments and primary and secondary schools to improve the quality of teacher education.This study reveals that the development of U-G-S teacher education collaborative training is an irresistible trend from the external and internal aspects of China's objective needs for teacher education reform and macro-policy innovation.Based on the review of previous relevant literature,it is concluded that previous studies mainly focus on the cooperation between universities and primary and secondary schools,and on the cooperation between universities,governments and primary and secondary schools.There is little research on the cooperation between universities,government and primary and secondary schools,and even less research on the operation mechanism in the cooperation process.Based on this,the author hopes that this study and discussion can provide some reference for the operation and development of collaborative training teachers.This study uses interview and observation methods to study the operating mechanism of U-G-S Teacher Education Collaborative training.Taking the collaborative training process of Y University as an example,this paper makes a thorough understanding and research by observing its collaborative training process and interviewing the relevant personnel involved in the collaborative training.Based on the fact that the operation mechanism is highly concise in the collaborative process,and the collaborative training process of Y University mainly involves personnel training,organization operation,interactive cooperation,evaluation feedback and so on,this study elaborates the general situation of the operation mechanism of U-G-S collaborative training in Y University from the perspective of personnel training mechanism,organization operation mechanism,interactive cooperation mechanism and evaluation feedback mechanism.It is found that there are some problems in collaboration,such as path dependence,loose organizational structure and restriction of existing evaluation and feedback mechanism on teacher education.Finally,it explores solutions to the existing problems,and further develops collaborative training of teacher education from breaking through inertia barriers,top-level design and assessment indicators,building collaborative governance organizations,and establishing motivation mechanism.
