Study On The Practice Of Social Work Intervening In Urban Community Cultural Governance

With the acceleration of the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,the party and the government have issued policies to encourage local community governance practices.Various social organizations have taken this opportunity to develop vigorously,and the active participation of social forces from all walks of life has made our country’s community governance have initial results.However,the community situation in our country is complex and diverse,and community governance still faces many problems.What is particularly prominent is that residents are "vulnerable subjects" in the community,and they mostly passively participate in community affairs in a conciliatory manner,and their active participation awareness and ability to participate are low.The involvement of social work in urban community cultural governance is essentially a response and exploration to the above-mentioned problems.Social work intervenes in community governance with culture as the starting point.Culture is both the object and tool of governance.The essential attribute of culture is governance,and cultural mobilization can promote the active participation of community residents more than other methods.Therefore,social work involved in urban community cultural governance can start from the local culture of the community,that is,to explore the community context in different ways and create a common "cultural relationship" in the community.In this process,the residents can realize the "cultural governance" of the community in the practice of community culture.Take the initiative to participate".This article takes the cultural governance practices of Chengdu’s N community as the research object,and collects community information through field observations and in-depth interviews.The background of social work intervention in N community cultural governance is discussed in detail,and the cultural governance practice process of Y organization in Chengdu N community is discussed in combination with community building theory,social capital theory,and scenario theory.The study found that social work takes culture as the entry point,and can create cultural linkages with residents in the aspects of creating party-building cultural brands,creating cultural spaces,rejuvenating traditional culture,and incubating selforganization of community culture,and embodying the diverse participation of governance entities in community festivals.That is,under the leadership of party building,create a brand of party building culture to serve residents and gather residents;reshape collective memory when creating space and explore the local culture of the community;discover and materialize traditional culture when memory is resurrected,and create an atmosphere to revive traditions;Incubate community self-organization during cultivation,and improve the cultural governance efficiency of community residents;in community participation,by creating community festivals,it presents a good situation in which multiple governance entities participate in community cultural governance.The five aspects interact and influence each other,social work exerts professional advantages,links resources,relies on different projects to create a community cultural atmosphere,and creates a common community "cultural relationship" relationship.Residents take the initiative to participate in community cultural governance due to the common "cultural relationship" relationship.,Its ability has been exercised and improved in the process of practice.Therefore,the author believes that the involvement of social work in the practice of cultural governance in the N community is successful.The party building work in the N community serves residents,the space is activated and utilized,the creation of a community cultural atmosphere,the creation of two community cultures,the development of multiple community activities,and multiple subjects Participate in community cultural governance and so on.Based on this,this article,on the basis of summing up successful experiences,puts forward relevant suggestions on social work intervention in urban community cultural governance,in order to provide reference for the development of the same type of community governance.Of course,the research in this article also has shortcomings,that is,how to further improve the cultural autonomy of residents to participate in community cultural governance,and how to reflect the relevance of residents of various age groups and the local culture of the community requires further research.
