Research On Urban Community Residents' Autonomy Through Social Work

Under the new situation,from the perspective of social and economic development,China has always maintained a momentum of development with high quality.The government has to build a well-off society in an all-round way of the determination.In such a background,people will pay more attention to people's livelihood and conditions of the people.Living conditions of community residents will get more attention in the coming year.The relations between family life and grass roots social districts is very closely.Their living environment of the area has great influence on residents.Community as the most basic social organization becomes more an more important in urban development and management system.Therefore,promote scientific and modern development of national community governance system becomes increasingly important,community residents autonomy as the most important part of community governance concept has a significant impact on the community life.Currently,our country community governance innovation reform in the critical period.New community imply the new mode of autonomy of the community residents' committees.Let residents' committees as the main body,using social workers to provide professional services to assist and encourage community grid member,property and social organizations at the grass-roots level to provide support,encouraging residents consciously self-reliance and promoting the improvement of residents living ability.This paper select Wanke Lanshan as an example.It is located in Hefei Binhu.Through the guidance of government support,social workers,residents' committees and the grass-roots social organizations,the residents autonomy work has achieved positive results.Paper is divided into six chapters.The first chapter mainly as the instructive content,respectively from the selected topic origin,research background,purpose,related concepts and the urban community residents autonomy from the theoretical perspective of development and research.The second chapter introduces the background of promoting residents autonomy in Wanke Lanshan.The third chapter introduced the whole process of residents' autonomy effects in Wanke Lanshan.Strengthening the consciousness of the residents' autonomy,improve residents' material needs,spiritual needs,cultivating a batch of high quality residents backbone and volunteers and get the attention from the government leadership and support,Make acquaintance community and improve the neighborhood successfully.The forth chapter respectively from the basic theory and implementation theory to introduce advantages of promoting residents autonomy in Wanke Lanshan.The fifth chapter overview the process of residents autonomy and summarize existing problems,in order to better development.The sixth chapter mainly in the perspective of social worker to put forward to some suggestions,so as to make social work intervention residents autonomy more better.
