Case work as a micro-intervention method andservice practice,because it is aplicable to and often focuses on the individual and family dimensions of micro-service intervention,in asense,this has become almost a norm in the practice of case work.Therefore,the academic community for the case workservice involvement and macro-social policy practice between the practical concern and research,basicallystill rare.There is also for the contextual interpretation of individual and family capacity building and the effectiveness of macrosocial policy implementation.Takings viage in Weining Yi,Hui,and Miao Autonomous County,Guizhou Province as a casestudy,this paper presents the basicsituation,povertysituation and the process of poverty alleviation,and focusessituation and the process of poverty alleviation,and focuses on the caseservice to enhance the ability of individual and family level poverty alleviation,then,the practical experience of feasible capacity building anc Asustainable poverty.alleviation will be formed,and the relationship betweensocial work micro-service practice and macro-social policy practice will be presented.Thestudy found that the le process of poverty alleviation,as a macro-social policy practice process,with the help of thesocialservice action process,can ultimately build feasible capacity at the individual and family levels to achieve poverty alleviation,the effectiven ofsuch policies depends on the interaction between micro-service actions and macro-social policy practices.Furthermore,the achievement of macro-social policy needs the mutual promotion and interaction between microsocial work practice and macro-social work process.
