Since the end of last century ninety's, China's higher education through the merger of colleges and universities, and other restructuring of the way and the way to build a large number of undergraduate colleges and universities, generally referred to as the new undergraduate colleges. These undergraduate colleges and universities in promoting the popularization of higher education in our country and services in the local economic and social development has made an important contribution. However, due to various conditions, the newly established undergraduate colleges and universities in the initial stage of the school also exist and have a lot of people do not do well, in which the issue of curriculum is particularly outstanding, it is worth more attention and research.This paper uses the method of literature, questionnaire survey and case study. On the basis of the full reference and use of the results of previous studies, the paper discusses the theory and practice of the curriculum setting of pre school education in the newly established undergraduate colleges in Zhangjiakou and other six colleges. This paper defines and explains the related concepts and theoretical basis of the curriculum setting of the pre school education in the newly established undergraduate colleges. This paper analyzes the training programs and curriculum construction of preschool education in six newly established undergraduate colleges and universities, and discusses the main problems in the course of setting up the new undergraduate education, and puts forward the basic countermeasures to solve the problems. The paper points out that there are some problems in the curriculum design of pre school education major in newly established undergraduate colleges, which is not complete, lack of systematic and scientific, and the lack of curriculum function, the lack of adaptability to the needs of local pre school education, and the lack of a clear orientation of curriculum, and lack of training of comprehensive ability. The professional curriculum is set up with heavy theory, light skills; general education curriculum setting is low; the proportion of professional practice course is low, the time arrangement is too concentrated. In view of the above problems, the paper puts forward the basic ideas and Countermeasures of the curriculum construction of pre school education curriculum in newly established undergraduate colleges and universities.
