With the development and promotion of political, economic, cultural and other aspects in the past three decades of reforming and opening up to the world, our country paid more and more attention to the development of pre-school education. The higher level education of pre-school teachers will be mainly cultivated instead of college-level pre-school education system, and it has become a main force that the training mode of pre-school teacher focus on the undergraduate-level. Meanwhile for the adjustment and improvement of the country’s policy, the structure of pre-school teachers which has been called as "Detachment of Women" has been changed gradually, and more and more male teachers engage in the team, which injects a whiff" of fresh air to the pre-school education. However, due to the conventional concept that pre-school education is considered as the exclusive occupation of female, when male teachers engaged in this occupation they’ll face psychological and social pressures, which weakens professional identity. This paper will dig out the influence factors by analysing the professional identity of male preschool education students who are undergraduate, and put forward measures to these problems, which will make a progress to the sound development of preschool education.This paper will be divided into five parts. In the first part, the questions will be submitted and also the reason, purpose and significance of this reseach. According to the related studies in and out the nation, the method of the research will be determined, meanwhile the related conceptions will be defined. In the second part, this paper will choose profession orientation, profession study, profession prospect as the three targets. The characters of the professional identity and problems will be pointed out by analysing the questionnaire did by158preschool education students that undergraduate. In the third part, through the interview with L and his description about the study process, we’ll find the problems in the professional identity of male preschool education students. In the fourth part, based on the questionnaire and interview, we’ll analyse the factors that affect the male student that take preschool eduction from the three point of view social factor, school management and personal factor. In the fifth part, according to the professional identity and problems in the male preschool education students, we can solve the problems through government, college, employer, personal aspects.
