Administration jointly issued the ``National Horse Industry Development Plan(2020-2025)",research and formulate national speed horse racing competition standards and national horse racing development plans,establish a horse racing classification system in line with international standards,and improve the national horse racing system.Improve the credibility of horse racing events,optimize the event hearing system,implement a professional practitioner access assessment system,pay attention to professional ethics and codes of conduct,improve the management and control of horse drugs and prohibited items,gradually establish a horse welfare system that is in line with international standards,and publish the credibility of Chinese horse racing annual report.In accordance with the principles of "small steps,divided steps,and steady"and "pilot first,then promote",and in accordance with the development rules and regulatory requirements of instant sports lottery and large-scale sports game guessing lottery,the pilot work of speed horse racing is promoted.Strengthen international exchanges and cooperation,adhere to the combination of "bringing in" and "going out",learn from the advanced development concepts of foreign horse industry,encourage the introduction of excellent horse breeds,advanced equipment and high-end talents,actively participate in related activities of international organizations,and participate in the formulation of international Rules and standards,strengthen exchanges and cooperation with industry associations,enterprises,and scientific research institutions in developed countries,and strive to enhance the international status and influence of my country’s horse industry.The successive promulgation of national policies has provided a policy guarantee for the development of my country’s horse racing industry.However,due to the relatively late start of the modern horse industry in my country,there is still a certain gap with developed countries.The differences between its talent training and industrial maturity are particularly prominent,and the scarcity of professionals has become a constraint in my country.The main bottleneck for the rapid and healthy development of the horse industry.As an important base for training international applied talents in the horse racing industry,colleges and universities are the top priority to promote the development of the horse racing industry in our country.This paper selects 7 domestic colleges and universities that are engaged in horse racing and related majors,using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,field investigation method,expert interview method,mainly around training objectives,curriculum settings,teaching staff,internship training base construction,etc.Investigate and analyze and draw conclusions:(1)Colleges and universities currently lack clear training goals and standards for the internationalization of horse racing.Experts and teachers generally agree that international training goals and training standards should be formulated.However,although some colleges and universities have achieved internationalization in formulating training goals,It was not implemented in the training program.(2)In the core curriculum,there is still a lack of international awareness,curriculum structure and curriculum proportions are out of balance,and there is no focus on cultivating students’ English proficiency,which makes students lack the ability to participate in international communication and learning.(3)In terms of school-enterprise cooperation and the construction of internship training bases,the degree of cooperation with universities,schools and enterprises is not deep,and close cooperation with enterprises has not been formed.The standards of internship training bases are poor,and it is difficult to provide high standards for the international horse racing industry.Quality talents.(4)The teachers of the international horse racing team are relatively weak,and the teachers lack the platform and ability for international communication.Colleges and universities have not vigorously introduced and built an international team of teachers.The countermeasures are as follows:(1)Establish clear training goals and personnel training standards for the internationalization of horse racing,establish cooperation with internationally renowned horse racing and equestrian schools at home and abroad,learn from foreign excellent school running systems and assessment standards,and follow national development strategies and policies.,To cultivate a group of high-quality,skilled horse racing applied talents.(2)Strengthen and improve the construction of the professional curriculum system,especially the teaching of English,lay the foundation for students to carry out international exchanges,strengthen distance education,set up excellent online courses for foreign teachers,and provide students with a wealth of foreign language materials for our country The current situation of demand for horse racing professionals,and improve relevant courses.(3)Actively strengthen school-enterprise cooperation,broaden the depth of knowledge and breadth of vision of school-enterprise cooperation,strengthen cooperation with enterprises,accurately train and transport talents,strengthen the construction of school-enterprise internship education and training bases,and enrich the practice of horse racing students Educational courses allow students to integrate their theory and practice organically and improve their comprehensive practical skills.(4)In order to build an international faculty team,the school should increase its efforts to provide support and encouragement,enhance the opportunities for teachers of this major to actively participate in the school’s international and research and study,and improve the international vision of its teachers.Excellent courses and methods
