Research On The Training Of Skilled Talents Of Electronic Information Major Based On OBE

In the context of the new era,the society's requirements for talents are also increasing,and the imbalance between the supply and demand of talents has restricted today's economic development.With the development of information technology,especially 5G advent of electronic social skills required type of personnel increased,increased demand,and as a training base for one skilled in secondary vocational schools,should contribute to the social and economic development.Based on the above background,this paper analyzes the problem of the training model of skilled talents in vocational schools,and combines the OBE engineering education concept to reform the training model of skilled talents,and then proposes the curriculum teaching design based on the OBE concept.The purpose of this paper is to reform the cultivation of skilled talents in electronic information majors in vocational schools.Based on the guidance of OBE education concepts,a teaching system designed to meet the needs of schools and society is designed to provide some practical teaching experience for the training model of vocational skilled talentsThis research process: First,based on the problems that arise in the training of technical talents in vocational schools,the principles of OBE achievement-oriented teaching design are proposed;Then put forward the teaching design model based on the "expected learning outcome layer-learning activity design layer-learning evaluation layer" under the OBE concept;Finally,elements of the teaching model to analyze,build an online teaching model based on the design philosophy of OBE.Practical process: Based on the online course teaching design model,using the "learning through" learning software as the platform,and taking the "C language" course of the vocational electronics major as an example to design the course case content.And to practice the use of case method,using electronic questionnaire expand online learning education to a secondary vocational school of 120 students in professional electronic Tianjin to investigate.According five Likert scale method analysis data show that the vast majority of students to instructional design in this case designed online course activities are very satisfied.
