Primary school teacher training plays a key role in the development of China’s education.The effect of this part of teacher training will directly affect primary school teaching.China’s education authorities have been strengthening the promotion of training for primary school teachers,but the specific implementation often falls far short of expectations,and the reasons are complex.However,training management is one of the most important issues,so strengthening the training management for primary school teachers is very critical.This paper makes a comprehensive review of scholars’ current research results on primary school teacher training and applies some valuable research results into the Suggestions and measures put forward in this paper.This paper takes the training management of primary school teachers in Dalian city as a case study to find out the problems existing in the training management of primary school teachers and deeply analyze the main causes of these problems.First of all,through the design of questionnaire and interview outline,for part of the primary school teachers in dalian conducted a random survey,and on the part of the competent department of education leadership in dalian,through the analysis of the results of the survey,found that the current primary school teachers in the process of training management in dalian still exist many problems,such as a primary school teacher training managers management concepts backward,training management operation system is not sound,lack of scientific and systematic training process management,and lack of training guarantee mechanism and so on.Then,it is suggested that the improvement of the training management of primary school teachers in Dalian can be carried out from the following aspects: Firstly,the concept of training management of primary school teachers should be changed;Secondly,it is necessary to build a good operating mechanism of teacher training,including perfecting training management mechanism,accelerating the marketization process of teacher training,establishing teacher trade association,and experimenting with teacher training voucher system.Thirdly,it is necessary to optimize the training management process of primary school teachers,make the training plan,implement and manage,and evaluate the training results.Then it is necessary to improve the management guarantee system of primary school teacher training.Finally,improve the support system of primary school teacher training management,such as teacher training credit registration system,teacher training electronic file system,modern teacher training network,etc.This paper takes the training management of primary school teachers in Dalian as the research object,investigates the current situation of training management,analyzes the problems and puts forward optimization measures,which can not only enrich the theoretical research on the management of primary school teachers’ training in China,but also provide reference for Dalian to improve the management level of primary school teachers’ training,as well as other provinces and cities,especially the central and western regions The construction of primary school teachers in the district provides ideas.
