| Although javelin is the lightest instrument in track and field throwing events,it is not easy to achieve excellent results,because the javelin throwing process requires not only great strength of the athletes,but more importantly,the athletes’ sense of rhythm and physical coordination,so javelin technology is also the most difficult to master in many throwing events.Javelin technology is one of the most important is the last,athletes should not only control the Angle and the height of the gun,as much as possible to ensure that the direction of the force of the vertical axis is consistent with the javelin,in this way can we make the javelin greater to slide speed and momentum,and so the last the merits of the technology effect will determine the throwing scores of athletes.Therefore,how to improve the effect of the last technology research has certain theoretical and practical significance,based on the last stage of throwing arm muscles work principle,the theoretical basis of contraction to wait long,multi-angle rubber belt to wait long training method is put forward,the last technology for javelin athletes training methods to improve to provide theoretical reference.In this paper,18 male javelin throwers selected from the School of Competitive Sports and Physical Education of Shandong University of Physical Education in 2017 and 2018 were selected as the research objects,and the experimental research was conducted on the final exertion techniques of javelin throwers by using research methods such as literature,expert interview,questionnaire survey and experiment.The independent sample T-test was used to analyze the body shape,physical quality,javelin throwing results and technical evaluation results of the two groups.Eighteen athletes were divided into the experimental group and the control group to ensure that there was no significant difference in each level between the two groups before the experiment.Through literature review and expert interviews,it was determined that the pulling Angle of the multi-angle rubber band overlength training in the experimental group was 60°,90° and 120° respectively,and that of the control group was 90°.The duration of the experiment was 30 periods,with two training sessions per week.After the end of the preparation activity,the rubber belt was pulled for the javelin throwing and the final force technique was practiced.The training time,place,method and load of the two groups were kept consistent.After the end of the experiment,all the athletes were tested for the dependent variable index,and the independent sample T-test and paired sample T-test were used to analyze the experimental data of the athletes in the experimental group and the control group.The following results were obtained through the experiment:1.The Angle of multi-angle rubber belt super-long training is relatively reasonable,which can effectively improve the athletes’ final exertion technique.2.Throwing performance indicators and technical evaluation indicators can effectively reflect the effect of athletes’ training.After the experiment,the experimental group had better javelin throwing performance with favorable wind and adverse wind than the control group.3.Before and after the experiment,there were significant differences in the javelin throwing performance of the experimental group in situ technique,downwind and upwind technique,while there were only significant differences in the javelin throwing performance of the control group.4.The experimental group after they javelin throw,the complete technical javelin throw skill evaluation scores were better than control group,experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment of in situ javelin throw skill evaluation scores have significant difference,the experimental group after they javelin throw,complete technical javelin throw skill assessment result is significant,while the control group both have no significant difference.5.The improvement degree of the final exertion technique effect of the multi-angle rubber belt overlength training is better than that of the single-angle rubber belt overlength training method,which can effectively improve the accuracy and standardization of the javelin throwing actions of the javelin throwers. |
