In modern society,The social background of rapid change witnessed the growth of the post-95 th and the post-00 th.These students are lacking in skills to interact with people,and their interpersonal relationships emerge in endlessly.Investigation show that family factors are an important cause of that relationship between student Therefore,this research takes the interpersonal relationship as the basic point;takes the students of three vocational colleges in Changchun,Jilin Province as an example;compares the differences between the external characteristics of the family and the interpersonal problems of the students to analyze the relationship between the underlying factors in the family and the interpersonal relationship of the students.The results are as follows:There are significant differences between interpersonal friendship troubles and total interpersonal troubles,and there are significant differences among the troubles in dealing with people,interacting with the opposite sex and total interpersonal relationships for parents with different occupations.There are significant differences in interpersonal conversation troubles for whether parents raise them up and different levels of parenting.There are significant differences among troubles in interpersonal friendship,dealing with people and interacting with the opposite sex in the levels of whether their parents get divorced.There is a significant negative correlation between interpersonal conversation distress and family problem-solving function,affective response function,and total family function.There is a significant negative correlation between interpersonal friendship distress and affective response function and behavior control function.There is a significant negative correlation between the trouble in dealing with people and the family communication function,the affective response function and the total family function.There is a significant negative correlation between the trouble in interacting with the opposite sex and the family's problem solving function,communication function and behavior control function.There is a significant negative correlation between the total trouble in interpersonal relationships and the family's communication function,emotional response function and the family's total function.Therefore from the perspectives of family and school the thesis aims at the discussion of the Higher vocational students education in wish to offer some advice and countermeasures.
