The survey uses Adolescent Self-Consciousness Scale(ASS) drawn by Nie Yangang, The Values in Action Inventory of Character Strengths(VIA-IS) drawn by Martin Seligman and Christopher Peterson and Interperonal Relationship Integrated Diagnosis Questionnaire drawn by Zheng Richang. All these questionnaires are administered by 557 higher vocational college students. Main focus: 1. The status and paticularities of positive personality, self-consciousness, interpersonal adjustment of higher vocational college students and the differences in the demographic variables on thair positive personality; 2. The relationship among positive personality,self-consciousness, interpersonal adjustment of higher vocational college students; 3.The preliminary foundation of the relational model of all the three mentioned above.The research result indicates:1. Higher vocational college students' positive personality and self-consciousness are in the middle and upper level, their interpersonal adjustment is in higher level,more than 85.5% of the higher vocational college students do not have interpersonal adjustment disturbance.2. Positive personality, self-consciousness, interpersonal adjustment have significant positive correlation. Positive personality and self-consciousness can positively predict interpersonal adjustment.3. The self-consciousness has a significant mediating effect on positive personality and interpersonal adjustment.4. To strengthen the cultivation of positive personality and self-consciousness is conductive to promoting the development of the higher vocational college students' interpersonal adjustment.
