The Comparative Analysis On The Operation Mode Of School Enterprise Cooperation Platform In Technical Colleges

In recent years,as our government pays more and more attention to vocational education,it pays more and more attention to the cultivation of school enterprise cooperation platform.The relevant government departments have finally realized that for a long time,due to the lack of concern for the development of technical colleges and support for school enterprise cooperation,it is difficult for technical colleges to develop,the skill level of students can not meet the standards of enterprises,and it is difficult for school enterprise cooperation to deepen integration.In recent years,the human resources and Social Security Department of the government has taken remedial measures and provided some policy support.However,these policies do not essentially solve the problems such as the lack of government support,the imperfect platform operation mechanism,and the difficulty in maintaining the school enterprise interest community,which restricts the deepening development of school enterprise cooperation in technical colleges and makes the operation of school enterprise cooperation platform difficult.Based on the construction of school enterprise cooperation platform in technical colleges,through the analysis and comparison of the operation mode of school enterprise cooperation platform,this paper finds that the main reasons affecting the construction of school enterprise cooperation platform in technical colleges are the wrong positioning of the government role,the lack of operation regulatory agencies,and the essential differences between school and enterprise interests.Based on the successful experience of school enterprise cooperation in developed countries,this paper provides feasible countermeasures and suggestions for our government to promote the construction of school enterprise cooperation platform in technical colleges by using the theories of collaboration,public management and stakeholders.It is suggested that the government should improve the policies and regulations,coordinate and integrate the resources of school enterprise cooperation,improve the supervision mechanism,and help build the community of interests between school and enterprise to promote the construction of school enterprise cooperation platform of technical colleges.
