School-enterprise cooperation is an important way to train skilled workers andthe basic characteristics of technical school development, as well as the effectiveway to provide full employment. For a long time, its role has been proved bycultivating of students’ ability. Now, many technical schools are in the field ofenterprise or business administration. According to the situation of the developmentof regional economy and the requirement of skilled workers, the government sets uptechnical schools. All levels of technical school are based on school-enterprisecooperation in the principle, teaching mode, professional construction, teachertraining, personnel training and occupational direction. Therefore, how to combinethe technical education’s own law of development, to ensure the school-enterprisecooperation smoothly and to train better skilled workers for economic constructionhave become the common subjects of technical education.This research uses methods of literature, historical research, investigation etc.On the basis of the school-enterprise cooperation theory, educational process,connotation, characteristic and mode of school-enterprise cooperation in technicalschools are summarized. The research takes questionnaires and interviews from threedifferent perspectives of schools, businesses, and students, taking the HenanConstruction and Installation Technical School as a typical example to analyze, andmakes a comprehensive investigation of school-enterprise cooperation in technicalschools. Then, it points out the problems in the process of the school-enterprisecooperation, such as students’ quality, the attitude of enterprise and managementsystem. AT the same time, the research analyzes causes of the problems that exist inthe school-enterprise cooperation. Finally, some suggestions are proposed for thegovernment, schools, businesses and students.
