Objective: It’s to explore the influence of physical training on the physical condition of students in the fifth grade.Methods: Mainly using reviewing related literature,consulting experts in this field of study,experimental method and mathematical statistical method,40 students in grade 5 of Orson Experimental Primary School in Dongchangfu District,Liaocheng City were tested.The experimental group was divided into 20 experimental groups and 20 control groups,and the experimental intervention was carried out for 8 weeks.According to the National Standard of Students’ Physical Health,the paper selects some indicators,such as height,weight,lung capacity,sit-and-reach,50-meter run,1-minute rope skipping,1-minute sit-ups,50m×8 shuttle run for test,and gets the data through comparative analysis,aiming to find out the short board and design physical training prescriptions based on requirements purposefully.The physical fitness test data before and after the experiment of primary school students in Grade 5 were analyzed by spss23.0.The obtained results are as followed.(1)Body shape: There was no significant difference in BMI between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(p>0.05),but the improvement of the experimental group was greater than that of the control group.(2)Body function: There was significant difference in lung capacity between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(p<0.05),and the effect of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.(3)Physical quality: There was significant difference in speed and sensitivity quality(50-meter run and 50m×8 shuttle run),flexibility quality(sit-and-reach)and strength and muscle endurance quality(1-minute rope skipping,1-minute sit-ups and 50 m × 8shuttle run)in the experimental group before and after the experiment(p<0.05).There was significant difference in flexibility quality and muscle endurance quality(sit-and-reach,1-minute rope skipping and 50m×8 shuttle run)in the control group before and after the experiment(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in others(50-meter run and1-minute sit-ups)(p>0.05).There was significant difference in strength quality(1-minute sit-ups),speed quality(50-meter run)and muscle endurance quality(50m×8 shuttle run)between the experimental group and the control group after the experiment(p<0.05),but there was no significant difference in others(1-minute rope skipping and sit-and-reach)(p>0.05).Conclusions:(1)The integration of scientific and modern physical training based on requirements and the traditional physical education courses can improve the students’ physical condition effectively.After 8 weeks’ experiments,the experimental group was significantly better than the control group in terms of lung capacity,50-meter run,1-minute sit-ups and 50 m ×8 shuttle run(p<0.05).It shows that systematic and well-organized physical training can significantly improve students’ cardiopulmonary function,speed quality and muscle endurance quality.(2)The traditional physical education class also has a certain degree of improvement in the student’s physique condition.The scores of sit-and-reach,1-minute rope skipping and 50m×8 shuttle run of the control group after the experiment were significantly better than those before the experiment(p<0.05).However,compared with the control group,the improvement of these qualities was weaker than that of the experimental group.Suggestions:(1)Schools should develop scientific,systematic and modern physical training programs.Physical training should be developed based on the requirements.Making comparative analysis between the pre-test data and the national health standard,aiming at the weakness of testers and integrating new concept of modern physical training,and the effective organization and implementation will be conducted scientifically and systematically.(2)The integration of physical training with the traditional physical education courses can be launched as a modern physical education course in the primary school physical education teaching.Schools should pay more attention to physical training,promote physical training actively,strengthen the train of physical education teachers’ physical training,let the physical training walk into campus and integrate into every physical education class.In the new curriculum reform,exploring new physical training models to achieve a qualitative leap and improve students’ physical condition.
