| In recent years,with the rapid development of private kindergartens in China,it has gradually become an indispensable part of preschool education.According to the statistics of the Ministry of Education,from 2010 to 2019,private kindergartens accounted for61.61% of the total number of kindergartens in China,and the number of teachers in kindergartens is also increasing with the increase of kindergartens.Since the preschool education has been in a weak state for a long time,the development of private preschool education is still facing great difficulties.The quality of teachers is the power of education,and teachers are the fundamental problem for the survival and development of kindergartens.Therefore,it plays an important role in improving the education quality of private kindergartens to stabilize the teachers’ team and promote the development of teachers’ career in private kindergartens.Based on the case of a private kindergarten teacher who has been in service for more than 20 years,this paper shows the dilemma of the private kindergarten teacher in career development.On the basis of studying the theory,summarizing the experience and analyzing the reasons,this paper puts forward some suggestions to solve the dilemma of the private kindergarten teacher’s career development.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the proposal of the problem,including the background of the topic selection,research significance,definition of the core concept,literature review,innovation and so on.The second part is the research design.The main contents include research objectives,research contents,the selection of research objects and research methods.The third part introduces the plight of a private kindergarten teacher in her career,including five parts: occupational identity dilemma,occupational treatment dilemma,occupational prospect dilemma,occupational ability dilemma and occupational environment dilemma.The fourth part further interprets the dilemma of private kindergarten teachers’ career development.It mainly analyzes the factors that cause the career development dilemma from the social level,the kindergarten level and the self level.The fifth part discusses the countermeasures,mainly from the external environment,internal environment and their own aspects,put forward the corresponding suggestions to help private kindergarten teachers out of the dilemma of career development. |
